Experiencia fantástica: A fantastic fitness center for anyone looking to maintain or improve their overall wellness. The personal trainers (or coaches) are outstanding and very much tailor their guidance to your goals and any physical challenges you may have. The classes include cardio, strength training, agility, yoga, tai chi, etc. and a number of water-based fitness classes, along with specifically-tailored individual workouts and nutrition guidance. The pool is wonderful, and the gym itself has lots of equipment. I highly recommend anyone interested stop by to get a tour of the facilities and meet some of the staff.

Experiencia fantástica: A great choice for anyone (especially middle aged folks) looking to maintain strength, mobility and endurance. Built around a sports rehab facility which attracts knowledgeable trainers and PT personal who are dedicated and hard working making the program much more productive than an average gym. Classes have indoor outdoor options and even virtual or on demand for members not able to circulate during these difficult times or attend due to travel. The gym operates at less than allowed capacity to maximize the safety concerns for the workers and members. The heated saltwater pool offers Berdenko classes as well as open pool & lap swimming hours. I've enjoyed many Spin classes, Tai Chi, Yoga and weight training classes and find them educational and fun to attend. The instructors and management do a 5 star job 7 days a week which sets them apart from the rest of the crowd.

Experiencia fantástica: First rate staff, wide variety of well maintained equipment for every type of exercise, very clean and spacious. The pool can't be beat. Great classes. The members and staff are friendly and very helpful. Not for head-bangers but rather for people who are serious about life-long fitness and learning.
