Experiencia fantástica: It's a great place. No one judges you. Everyone is so supportive and helpful. The exercise routines are presented so you can adjust the intensity to fit you. The instructors show you low intensity and high intensity, so you go at your own pace. The instructors are super supportive and knowledgeable. The music is pumping. It's very enjoyable! I've never been to a class that I didn't love.

Experiencia fantástica: Good nutrition PLUS moving that body = recipe for the best health! Love dancing it out with these Jazzercise instructors! My body is all types of GOOD sore and I can see the results in the mirror! And you can participate in studio AND online! Win win!

Experiencia fantástica: It would be nice if they offered the same classes more often. They may offer the class you want once or twice a week. Would not recommend this place for $100 monthly. Now go to Zumba at Extreme Fitness for $25 monthly. Classes are set for morming and afternoon. Big difference. Much better.
