Experiencia positiva: Decent showers. Would be nice if they had hooks to hang shower things while in there but hot water lasts and shower pressure is sufficient. Great option for travelers and locals. Nice selection of free weights and there is no shortage of weight machines. Even have 1 Olympic lifting platform and plates

Experiencia positiva: It’s the best option we’ve got. I wish they updated their water fountain to a filter water bottle refiller, and then also move it so it’s not right in front of the men’s restroom.

Experiencia positiva: Best gym out here. The showers are frequently broken, along with other features of the gym, and the lockers are never cleaned out. But they have all, if not most, of the equipment you'd need and friendly staff. It's worth checking out if you live up here.

Experiencia fantástica: It is quite a gym, it has more than enough for what you pay. It is clean, spacious and has enough equipment to not have to wait for anybody.

Experiencia fantástica: I previously went to 24 hour for 2 years and a LA fitness when I was younger. But i prefer this gym over most. I typically go in the mornings, and leg machines are always available, which at 24 was always an issue. The summer is a busier time, but everyone rotates quickly. I have only seen one tripod at this gym in the afternoon. For a smaller gym, equipment tends to get fixed at a reasonable pace. You don't see a machine out of service for more than 2 weeks. Great variety of machines. There are about 3 or 4 varieties of each body part. So if one is taken, there are always alternatives. There are plenty of dumbells. This gym has great re rack etiquette. No plate racks. So all plates are on machines/beches/racks, but I have never had an issue getting the weights I need. Overall I'm very satisfied with the gym. Pricing is average for a month to month. Staff is friendly and attentive.

Experiencia positiva: This place is low-key and not overcrowded, but ,A lot of machines are out of service. Republican governor of Ohio, pins are broken.. a lot of lockers in the bathroom are broken, there was no soap in the bathroom. This place is definitely changed in five years since last time I was there.. it’s only gym up here so they charge whatever they want and get away with it unfortunately but at least it’s a place to go provided the stuff works. One thing for sure. Definitely don’t come here looking for steam, sauna or pool because they have none of it

Experiencia negativa: Alright gym but machines are constantly out of order. They'll randomly close at 2pm or 5pm with no warning or explanation so your best bet is to go before two or they might be closed. Two towers have been out of order since I've started working out here (two months ago) with no sign of them being fixed which is unfortunate because they don't have many to begin with. Attachments are bent and not in good condition. This isn't really the fault of the gym but I've never been to a gym with worse gym etiquette from the members. Kids will swarm machines and will stand a foot from you while doing a set. Staff is friendly for the most part EDIT: Dropped to one star. The entire gym was charged a "maintenance" fee and more machines are broke now than before and have been for weeks. When I asked staff why machines aren't being fixed with the money all the members paid I was met with "I don't know" while shrugging their shoulders. EDIT 2: They charged the wrong card on file and because of this I had to pay double my monthly membership. They have all these fees but the gym is a constant mess and the machines are still constantly broken. Staff is beyond rude sometimes and they are never understanding. I wouldn't recommend this gym to anyone. Just drive to 29 for better equipment and staff

Experiencia negativa: Have been going to this gym for 3 months only because there not another one closer. This gym has decent weights but it is tremendously dirty. The men’s locker room has been the same since I joined. Dirty, broken lockers, etc. we have to pay a maintenance fee so where is that going to? Definitely not for the locker rooms or the weights. The photos I added it has literally been the same since I started.

Experiencia negativa: Still trying to bill even though I closed my account and paid all dues. Was too busy to go to their facility for months. They love that free money. While body shaming bros make toxic comments about patrons.

Experiencia negativa: Despite the good establishment the business practice for cancelling is massively predatory. This is a service, not an apartment building. I tried cancelling the day my membership was posted to renew, they asked me to come in person for a cancellation, then proceeded to demand a 30 day notice for cancelling. I'm not paying two extra months from my last visit for your convenience.

Experiencia positiva: The good: Decent array of free weights and machines, relatively clean, and inexpensive. The bad: Limited on attachable bars and hand grips that aren't demolished. Some of the bars are totally bent. The main cable stations go up in increments of fifteen pounds. Huge bummer. They seem to have a contract with the local schools and it is swamped with young kids goofing off and socializing while groups of five or more kids crowd the cable stations and squat racks. This makes those areas unusable because they're not there to get in and get out like adult users. They don't care how long it takes between sets.

Experiencia negativa: Dirty floors, dirty everything. Hair everywhere. full of obnoxious teenagers.... they also never have water for sale...... but every single energy drink. Stater brothers is right across the street guys, get a case and make some money. Also don't plan on getting a smoothie here at the nonexistent always closed smoothie bar.

Experiencia positiva: Good gym, good atmosphere. Not 24 hours sadly and cancelling was a pain but not to bad like most gyms.

Experiencia negativa: How hard is it to fix the equipment? There are only 2 recumbent seat bikes and one has had a broken pedal for 3 WEEKS .

Experiencia negativa: This place will keep billing you even though you've given them 30-day notice to close your account, and made your final payment in person, which they required of me. I haven't lived there since last November and they are still sending me bills. Several times I have called and they will promise they are going to end this scam, and then they lie and don't stop it. Their manager and their employees are all full of double talk, and try to blame their seemingly intentional mistakes on the customer. This company is trying to ruin my credit, and if I could leave no stars I would.

Experiencia negativa: I used to like the gym but it really has gotten worse as time goes on. If it wasn’t the only gym in the area I would have changed by now. Every day another machine gets an out of order sign put on it. Over half the treadmills are out of service. They just closed for 2 weeks to remodel and didn’t bother to address the issue. The machines just sit there with caution tape around them for months. They have no clips to use the on cable machines so you have to rig it with something to be able to use. Going any time after 3pm is pointless because all these high schoolers come and goof off and chase each other around like idiots and are friends with the staff so it’s pointless to even try to complain. Really hoping a new gym comes to town and opens soon.

Experiencia negativa: All the machines are poorly taken care of, they all got dust on them most of the leather is cracked. And for pully machine or cable machines bring your own carbiner because they got none a guy told me it's because everyone steals them. The male locker room lockers were broken off. When you try to cancel you have to do it in person they won't let you on the phone, and there's a 35 dollar cancel fee. I probably only saw one person wipe down his machine. But that's because the whole gym share only 3 spray bottles and towel dispensers. And their inconveniently located.

Experiencia negativa: How can you can or freeze your account when your closed for renovations and you don’t answer the phone or have anyway to email or contact you. The freeze paperwork needs to come from your gym I have contacted ABC financial and I get no where just that they are sorrry??? How can you run a business without telling your members you’ll be closed.

Being that weights are heavy can or need for over sight trainer noted. Needed. Music a bid loud. Times are getting in n out quick better. The rise of inflation n cost of living. Wise to keep membership lower cost. Too many biz already closing noted.

Met some friends, had a few protien shakes,did some classes.i have no complaints except they kept running out of bananas. This place is a must,all ages,nobody stares you down.

Experiencia negativa: Update, was previously 5 stars Edit: Many aspects of this gym are highly sought after but one thing that upsets and is the sole purpose for the poor review is Apolonia and her disrespectful Zumba class. Time and time again I’ve taken notice to her blatant disrespect of staff and other members. I’ve seen on multiple occasions when staff members respectfully ask her to close her class doors during session she would raise her voice and even her Zumba students have been rude to workers and members. The music is loud for the class, which I understand, but her leaving the doors open leads to the entire gym being overpowered by her music which drowns out the gym’s music and even makes it very difficult to speak to people less than a foot away. She and her class members are the sole reason for this review, as well as the in person complaint I left in the suggestions box. My reviews on Yelp and Google will remain this way until her and her class’ actions are corrected and are up to the standard the gym has always had. It’s left a poor mark on the gym’s long standing reputation as a friendly and welcoming fitness establishment.

Experiencia fantástica: Five Star is an incredible gym, managed by very kind and knowledgable people. Joseph and the staff made me look forward to coming for a workout. I used to workout at Equinox in LA, and Five Star is legitimately a better gym with well maintained, very clean equipment, at a fraction of the cost. Love this gym.

Experiencia positiva: It a rather small gym. Even though a couple if changes have been made to make it a little more handicap accessible. More needs to be done. It's harder for handicap and older people to use equipment that is not properly spaced. And defined more space for people to do their floor exercises. Had to leave today due to no place, or equipment available for disabled people

Experiencia positiva: Excellent value for the day pass. Will almost definitely be back next time I'm traveling in the area. Staff seemed friendly enough, too. The COVID waiver I signed seems like a cop-out though? Like, devoid of any value. Just make people wear masks or don't have a mask policy.

Experiencia fantástica: Quality gym, quality people, bargain rates (people complaining about price here have clearly never been outside of town), always clean, including the locker rooms (cleaning staff is here all day cleaning during your workout) and COVID complaint with outdoor area. Great gym, great staff, have never been overcharged not even when I have left multiple times or paused my membership.

Experiencia positiva: No power clean station. No rubber weights. Class room kinda long and half sized. No showers. No locker room. Friendly knowledgeable owner though. Kinda expected more of a Lifetime fitness with its prime location. Too bad there's not room to add on to it. Looks cleaner than the air port gyms though.

Experiencia positiva: Total fitness I feel safer at. Besides this, it does have better and more weights.
