Experiencia negativa: Very unprofessional management my cancellation was never completed correctly. Got a email stating my account was cancelled back in Aug. but they still charged my card I sent an email to the manager Melanie, never received response back (6 days ago) I feel sorry for the staff up front they're unable to assist like they would like to due to the fact they have to wait for that manager who takes too long to respond to anything. Spoke with Frank today (10/4)who was very apologetic. This is my 3rd time trying to cancel.

Experiencia negativa: My husband and I paid for this membership with no issue for nearly 5 years. We moved to reno nv. When we tried to cancel the membership we were told to email the manager. We have been charged nearly $900 over the last year and a half because they would not cancel the membership. Yesterday I flew in to be with my best friend because her father passed away. She has a peak membership that allows bringing a guest. We went in and the manager called me over and told me I have to pay for a monthly membership. I explained that we still have a membership and haven't been able to cancel it for the last 2 yrs. She said that I was unable to use a day pass because I was a previous member. And that I could not cancel the previous membership because my husband wasn't there. 5 yrs I went to this gym twice a day. The manager Melanie knows me. She could have chosen to have good customer service. She could have chosen to be kind. It would not have hurt her day at all. I want the 800 bucks back. I want to who is above her that I can complain to. And looking at all of these complaints, it clearly shows that this gym has an issue with canceling memberships and taking people's money. Multiple Multiple people have complained about being scammed out of their money. The BBB needs to be informed and the owner of the franchise needs to understand what is going on. With how many issues they've had, a class action lawsuit might be the best way to get to the bottom of this issue. Be good to people.

Experiencia negativa: I paid for a 1 year membership in full. After the 12 months ended, I decided to go somewhere else. 8 months after that they are having debt collectors call me for $84 in fees since I didn’t send an email to cancel. When I talked to someone at the gym they said they will not cancel my account until I pay the $84 and it will keep accruing fees indefinitely. I doubt that’s legal. Make sure you put it in writing if you don’t plan on continuing your membership at any point.

Experiencia fantástica: I went in to join and was assisted by a wonderful young man. They had all of the top quality cardio equipment my physical therapist recommended for me. Wonderful place kind employees.

Experiencia fantástica: Great place to get a work out in. Not only do they have machines but free weights (up to 110 pound dumbbells). Staff is welcoming and friendly as well as the gym goers and clients! Better than PF in my opinion and still "judgement free" zones!

I blocked them from charging my bank account and now they are charging my credit card. If you want to get a membership with this gym (which I suggest you don't) USE CASH ONLY! They will not stop charging you no matter what you do!

Experiencia negativa: This business is a rip off!! When the lockdown started and all businesses were closed, they said they would not charge us for membership until the facility was re-opened. They failed to stop charging us, then when they re-opened without any notification. Lying gets you a zero

Experiencia fantástica: Awesome gym hidden in Hemet, I found this site after a training session by a luck of the draw called and spoke to a amazing young lady by the name of Crystal. Well it ends up It has been there a good minute and when I returned from my trip from Tampa I walked in to finally checking out this facility and it was by far the most cleanest and non judgmental facility around because most of the time these places push there non educated trainers on you and makes you just sick, because 50 percent of the time they couldn't potty train a baby to use the bathroom. Back on track LoL this gym was about health and wellness and something more after meeting this staff that the manager Melanie has there by far all I have to say is diverse by all means but very professional and they know the gym inside and out. Melanie is one of those managers that leads by example and will get down and break a sweat to see this gym succeed. It doesn't matter if your pink, black, blue, or purple or as they say rounds a shape and everyone starts some where and there you will feel welcome and never out of place because your always greeted from the time you walk in to the time you leave and that's why crunch fitness Hemet is that little spot that's a hidden jewel.

Experiencia negativa: I've been a loyal member here for over 5 yrs. I read how hard it was to cancel memberships here but didn't believe it.. First time I emailed for membership Cancellation was September 24, no response.I called and tried to speak to the manager and the man said that the manager was busy, so busy to even check the emails, smh.. I emailed Crunch today to cancel my membership for the 3rd time and still nothing. I've been paying for a membership that I'm not using...equipment outside, no A/C and no water mist with this unbearable heat. I get it's a business trying to stay open with this pandemic but it's an insult to cheat loyal members out of their money. Very shiesty and dishonest.

Experiencia negativa: I don't know what the logic was in putting the equipment outdoors but it wasn't well thought out especially when there isn't adequate covering and the weather itself is unforgiving. Update: A snappy response by snappy management. Learn to cool your temper and invest in the tools needed to ensure that your members aren't outside baking.

El otro día día le comenté a la manager que debería tener unos minutos de transición entre clases y se puso a echarle la culpa a las instructoras se me hizo una falta de ética. Yo no quiero saber quién tiene la culpa solo que entre la clase de yoga y de zumba hubiera un espacio porque sales bien relajada de la yoga y entra la de zumba con la música a todo volumen cuando todavía estás levantando los tapetes de la yoga y por lo menos a mí me molestó y me pone de nerviosa.

I'm not much on auto with draws so i paid for the whole year. All the employees seem to be nice and even many of the members are nice and helpful.

Experiencia fantástica: Joined this gym recently, mainly for the HIIT classes, and I have to say it is well worth the money. I have joined gums in the past and I never stick with it. These classes make going to the gym fun and way less of a intimidation.

He Conned me and lied to me after I tried to cancel my personal training. sent me on a wild goose chase for MONTHS. When I complained to the manager at Crunch Fitness I explained the situation and sent them proof that he Conned me. He stole my money right in front of the security cameras too. The manager did nothing for my situation and I never got an apology. Crunch Fitness doesn't care about their patrons and I will NEVER go to one ever again. my money is better spent at Planet Fitness. Screw you. They scammed me too. A bunch of liars and thieves.

Experiencia negativa: Let me start by saying we've been members for years now and I loved their moreno valley location, I recently moved to the Hemet area and my husband went to this gym 2 days ago and boy was he disappointed, he ignored the fact that it smells, no sanitation and almost seems not taken care of but the cherry on top was their operations manager MELANIE CARDONA she was so unprofessional and rude, for a manager she sure does not know how to manage a situation.This facility will loose members if she continues with such a getto attitude.

Experiencia negativa: I'm making my boyfriend cancel his membership at the Hemet California facility because I always wait in the car for him and usually can use the bathroom. An employee named Carlye refused to let me use it. I know you have people that make things bad for others but I'm not one of them. I go straight in and come straight out. I was about to sign myself up for dance classes. I will make sure I get cancellation documents because it seems they'll charge me if we cancel. I paid for anytime cancellation so if they are legit I won't see any charges. I'm the one that pays his membership dues and she just lost 2 members.

Experiencia fantástica: Staff are gracious and attentive. Facility is clean and we'll maintained. It is good to see many customers regularly and concerned about health and well being. Only one complaint is some of the music sucks but it is part of the experience. One can always wear their own entertainment.

I don't do crunch every day, but at least a couple times a week especially when I want to tan which is included in my membership, one of my other gyms offer tanning included but the bed and bulbs are all shot out, the other charges extra to tan. So crunch it is for they reason alone, and it's a great place to work out, besides the people that camp out on the machines gets a little frustrating. All in all, better then the rest.

Do not leave valuables in your car because people break into your cars and NO ONE Can see on their surveillance camera because they are OUTDATED and all they see is a BLUR!!! Someone is in the Hemet Crunch parking lot watching for people leaving to go into the gym so they can break in and STEAL! No Protection, watch your back! They say they have security but there were not any that day.

Experiencia negativa: I moved to Oregon a few months before my membership was to end. After moving they removed money from my account renewing my membership without my authorization. When i called to work it out with them they told me i had to come in personally to cancel my membership they renewed without my authorization and that there was no other way. This is what I and I'm sure many would agree is called thieving. I was on a month to month pay as you go basis and they did it anyway. They make you go through corprate with emails and through you bank to stop charges. Its too kinky and sly for me to ever use any crunch fitness anywhere ever again.

I personally have been charged 13 months after I canceled my membership and management told me there's nothing they can do about it.
