Experiencia fantástica: Hello everyone! I just got back from Bangor, Maine a few days ago. I am addicted to fitness. My point is I worked out at Bangor Brewer Athletic Club for one week. The owner is a very nice person. The gym was clean, and prices were very reasonable. I enjoyed working out there. I would recommend this gym to anyone. Have a nice day!

Experiencia fantástica: I have been bodybuilding for a long time as well as road tripping for years. This review is from a one-time visitor's perspective. The owner of the gym was the first person that greeted me. Super nice and you can tell immediately that the guy knows how to gym. The daily pass was only $10. Mind you, I initially had low expectations for the size and the quality of the gym from the unassuming facade. It has four major rooms. The first contains mostly cardio equipment and the rooms attached have several squat racks, cable machines, a Smith machine and multiple dumbbell sets. The set I used went up to 135 lbs. There are about 1-2 of each machine (for each muscle group) that range from Cybex, hammer strength, life fitness, body masters, sports art, etc and one rogue machine. A hodgepodge but well-maintained. There are two other rooms I didn't explore but looked as if they might be for classes and stretching. The last room contained kettle bells, bench presses, sleds, a giant exercise apparatus for squats, rings and pullups, battle ropes... I mean....This gym has everything. Other things I noticed: they have a water fountain made to fill up a large water bottle. The men's locker room had cubbies and three showers (one handicap accessible) and about 15 lockers that you could lock(not included). Spacious (and clean). The crowd was very motivational and diverse (age, and workout levels but mostly moderate to advanced). I went in the morning so I wasn't able to gauge the amount of people, but I was able to workout unimpeded. The gym exuded "old school body building." (Although, pleasantly It wasn't hot and didn't smell) And was definitely a diamond among the small town gyms I have visited. If you are an advanced lifter like me, definitely the place to go! Or even if you are new, the gym didn't seem to intimidate with the members being social or being attentive to their own workouts. This gym really was a playground! If I ever go back to Bangor, I will definitely visit again. Quite impressed. If you do visit, don't forget to bring some extra shoes to workout!

Experiencia fantástica: Best gym in Bangor area! Whether you’re a power lifter, cross fitter, cardio lover, or new to the gym, this place is great! Plenty of free weights, kettle bells, bar bells, machines, group classes, there’s a lot of everything here! The gym is always clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. Stayed in the area for a 3 month contract and will certainly miss this gym!

Experiencia fantástica: What a great place to get yourself in tip top shape. Started getting me back in shape and even got a trainer to show me how to do things correctly. As much as we think we know what we are doing, it's always great to know how to use the equipment so that we don't accidentally hurt ourselves. Oh and if you have over worked yourself, they offer message therapy, which is a plus at my age, because let's face it, our bodies are not like what they used to be at 25. So if your up to getting yourself back into shape, I highly recommend them.

Experiencia fantástica: BBAC is like a second home, the people are amazing, the equipment always in great shape and new stuff coming in. The owner puts his everything into making it what it is, and speaking for myself it is my escape when the world is tough.

Experiencia fantástica: Only in town for a short time and my hotel gym wasn’t cutting it. This place is awesome! Great selection of equipment and an all around solid facility. I would 100% be a member here if I lived in the area.

Experiencia fantástica: Great gym. The owner really cares for his members and is always trying to expand and add new equipment when he can. Staff are friendly and the place is clean and spacious. Multiple large rooms to workout in. Highly recommend you check it out.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been a member there since 2016. The owners are very nice, and the gym has a laid back eenvironment. The people are nice , and it is great that people are there to workout, and not just shoe off.

Experiencia positiva: Definitely a more old school bodybuilding-type gym. They have mostly everything you’d want but some of the equipment is pretty old. Overall I give it four stars for those reasons but I do like the gym.

Turf area for hybrid athletes, Power lifting equipment for strength, premier cardio equipment, MMA/BJJ, machines for every muscle group, classes for group training, I've seen all ages in there. Not to mention the great rate!

Experiencia fantástica: The owner and the staff are always friendly, welcoming, and encouraging no matter what point you are at in your fitness journey. They have added a lot of new equipment, and have taken over adjacent rooms as they become available. Get in now while the driveway is newly paved. There should be something here for you!

Experiencia fantástica: Super friendly staff, outstanding equipment, and the cleanest gym I have ever been to, including the changing rooms/showers. It also has a great vibe, unlike a lot of other gyms I have been to. You feel instantly comfortable. Did I mention friendly?

Experiencia fantástica: I thought going to the gym was over and then I found this gym. Has what you need and friendly people. Outdoor shoes off up front keeps the place nice and clean and no puddles everywhere in the winter.

Experiencia fantástica: Been training here for over 1.5 years awesome gym. Great & helpful staff with good clean locker rooms with showers. Outback is home to Titan athletics Brazilian jiu jitsu and Boxing classes along with MMA classes. Excellent facility great family environment highly recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: Great classes, great rates! I go with two friends! Hopefully when COVID is over there will be more people allowed in the classes, or maybe more classes in general. I just signed this week and I've already tried yoga, tone, spin, and sh'bam! Body pump tomorrow!! Loving it so far!
