Karla Bennett can work with anyone from high school athletes to retirees in their 70’s and get them fit with functional body movements. This is a family oriented gym where we have had three generations of family members working out together. Love CrossFit GBT and Kara Bennett!

The CrossFit program is the perfect confluence of muscle confusion, weightlifting, aerobic activity, and accountability from peers and instructors.
