Experiencia fantástica: Well-managed, clean gym...professional staff that greet you warmly when you check in....just when I thought I knew it all, trainer/manager Megan had me tweak my grip with triceps and felt rope pressdowns in a whole new way!

Experiencia negativa: My fiancé and I were members here for several months. We came from Club Fitness because it was far too busy that there would be zero equipment available. Wild Horse did solve that issue, as the gym would be empty enough plenty of equipment was available. However, for $120 per month ($60 for each of us), I do not feel what you get is worth that price. Several pieces of equipment are very outdated and/or broken. I wonder how often they consider updating their equipment. They have multiples of less common machines, yet lack very popular basic machines. There was a sign on a machine that it was broken since the beginning of our membership - which was at least 6 months but I cannot recall the exact date. Most importantly though, the lower level where the gym is actually located is not air conditioned. I could not believe it when a front desk attendant told me that the upper level where the front desk is has A/C, but the gym area does not. This made for beyond uncomfortable workouts, and always leaving drenched in sweat. Certain workouts people love to leave sweaty, but not all. Finally, there are youth racquetball leagues for what seems like all year. Every time we went, we would have children screaming, balls rolling onto the gym floor, etc. I don't like to leave poor reviews, but I would consider updating your equipment and making sure clients are comfortable in temperature while they are using the facility.

Experiencia negativa: Nice little gym. There was a morbidly orbese douchey looking fat guy trying to spread some kind of rumors about injured veterans working out, but he was scared to talk to them in earshot. Be wary of low human quality like that. Makes it a less nice gym.

Experiencia fantástica: Awesome gym! Very neat and clean with a large variety of equipment. All of the staff are very friendly and helpful, especially the new manager. Not to mention the salon is outstanding too! The ladies are great and I wouldn't trust anyone else with my hair!!

Experiencia fantástica: Awesome gym with complete facilities. I was at another gym which was good but training here is literally like having a million dollar personal gym. Never crowded anytime any day. Perfect for someone who is serious about their training or deal with a lot of people.

Experiencia fantástica: Beautiful facility and even better employees/trainers! There is no gym in Ballwin (or the entire West St. Louis County area) that even compares to Wild Horse Fitness. I feel like I am working out at a 5 star resort. Every thing is first class from the gym floor to the spa/steam rooms in the locker rooms. The Spa at Wild Horse is wonderful too!

Experiencia fantástica: Just wanted to share how great the classes are at Wild Horse Fitness. The Barre class that I am now attending is great for all ages. Megan, who leads this class , adapts all exercise so it doesn't matter what level you are on. This class is great for toning and building muscle. During this COVID time I feel safe and it is really helping my mood. Come try one class, you'll be hooked.

Experiencia fantástica: Wild Horse Fitness is a true hidden gem. Everyone is so welcoming. As women in her 20s, I feel very comfortable working out and lifting weights here. It is never too crowed and never you need to wait for a machine. The gym is taken well care of by staff and members. Anyone that ask me where they should workout I tell them Wild Horse Fitness.

Experiencia fantástica: Before I joined Wildhorse I went to every gym in west county. Wildhorse was by far the best gym I've been to. I've been here for over 6 years now and I will never change gyms. Great staff, great equipment, and the saunas have helped me feel significantly better.

Experiencia fantástica: As a senior my medical plan provides a health benefit called Silver Sneakers, which covers membership at WHF, YMCA and Gold's Gym. WHF is 5 minutes from my home so I started attending yoga classes followed by Barre and expanding my exercise routine to pressing weights. I exercise 5 days a week now and attend classes at WHF Monday through Friday.

The gym owner is there everyday and cares about making sure that every customer is 100% satisfied all the time. WHF offers the best equipment for a serious workout combined with locker rooms suited for a country club. The trainers know what they are doing and care about their clients. If you are looking for a clean gym with great staff and a friendly group to work out with then you must check this place out!
