He’s super knowledgeable — almost like a physical therapist — and tailors everything to your needs. The gym is private, one-on-one, and perfect if you're looking for focused, personalized training. Highly recommend My Gym in Bakersfield. I’ll definitely keep coming back!

And it's always nice knowing the person you trust to help you, genuinely cares! You arent just a customer here and that is an awesome feeling! I can honestly say I'm down a lot of weight from training and also strength is way up!

Experiencia fantástica: Perfect gym for personal training! The trainer is super friendly and knows what he’s doing. He makes everything seem attainable and easy to do and maintain. The facility is really nice with a lot of equipment in good condition. The location is perfect and easily accessible from whatever side of town you live on. Since COVID, having a private personal training studio to workout in with a knowledgeable trainer has been a game changer. 10/10 would recommend.
