Experiencia fantástica: Great classes that are different than anything other gyms offer. If you are intimidated by weights this is a great class to learn proper technique and fundamentals, for boxing as well.

Experiencia fantástica: Essentially the class is a hybrid which lasts an hour which is split up between 30 min of boxing and 30 min of weight lifting all of which is set in intervals. You can always do more than one class if you have the energy. Overall its pretty fun and difficulty is as hard as you make it. It is beginner friendly and if you have more experience you can still get a great workout out of it.

Experiencia fantástica: This place is awesome, I really enjoy the personal training feeling, with someone watching me and showing me how to use the equipment and how to do things correctly. Very fun classes, time flies when u have fun!!! Highly recommended!

Experiencia fantástica: If you love to hit weights and box this is the place to be. Great technique sessions and motivating coaches. You go at your own past so if a class for everyone. If you come you won't regret it.
