Experiencia fantástica: Triad Fitness gym was the best gym I had so far since I’ve been working out. Took boxing classes in the gym. Chris was truly TRULY AMAZING I believe he’s such an amazing business man Every single person there is not only friendly but feels like family supporting one another best advantage of being here it opens up early in the morning that helps out people who has to work in afternoons and needs a quick workout. However it is sad that they have to close I really hope it reopens soon.

Experiencia positiva: The gym itself looks quite nice from the outside, and while I haven't had the chance to visit yet, I feel compelled to share a concerning experience I had in the parking lot. Earlier today, I was nearly cut off by a driver in a blue Porsche who was clearly in a rush to enter the same parking lot. It was a reckless and unnecessary maneuver, especially considering we were both headed to the same destination. I understand that this reflects on one individual, not the gym as a whole, but I believe it’s important to bring this to your attention.

Experiencia negativa: Horrible Customer Service Horrible Concept Horrible Policies Horrible Customer Solutions Horrible Customer Satisfaction Horrible Proffessionalism The customer service here is beyond horrible. It is non-existent. There is a lack of communication when applying during my time there and when leaving the facility. No one shared about a $50 service fee being taken out of my account, nor was it explained that a 30-day notice is needed for cancelation. I was then told that I could not cancel in person and only online. This is a fraudulent service action and should be explained at the immediate time of sign ups. Finding this out later is ridiculous. To top it off, the manager or owner refuses to fix the situation due to company policy (which the owner created). I was only a member for 5 months before they ran me out of that gym with horrible communication, no customer service, and a lack of cleanliness ( the women bathroom is always horidious and very little toilet paper). My biggest upset with this location of management presence or ownership for their lack of customer service amd lack of communication. This company is only MONEY HUNGRY. They are not worried about bringing awesome service to their members. It should be about principal & performance not profit! Great principal, great performance, then the profit comes. STAY FAR FAR AWAY! Lastly, I have added photos of my emails with the owner requesting a refund due to simply not being notified until a week after my cancelation that I would still be charged. He claimed ALL employees are on top of it. Nope, only one latinx dude at the front desk that always greets, helps out around the place, and assists. Coach Goerge, dope! The owner, manager amd a few other front desk peeps, not so much. Below you find the owner, Chuck, trying to prove a point versus fix a situating. He is more worried about "winning" versus "customer service". I simply asked for a refund and left a review. Then a flood of emails come in trying to prove his case. It's too late buddy. But emailing me back and harassing me about my request or review is uncalled for, unprofessional, and got us no where. As I mentioned in my email, it's pointless. But yet he continued on. When someone shows you wheo they are believe them! - Maya Angelou I am working on gathering my information and getting a lawyer. If any others would like to make it a class action suit, let's connect further. I'm not the only one that has been scammed by this company.

Experiencia positiva: Decent gym with a good amount of stuff available. Moved to another city and had to cancel, but they made it a hassle to do so.

Experiencia positiva: I take my son here for boxing lessons, and I recently joined the gym. The trainers Zack and Gary are both very experienced and passionate about the sport. They work out the participants really well, and I appreciate the attention they pay to my boy. He's a novice that started about 6 months ago, but I can already see his progress, and we only go a few times a week. The gym is a bit older and a little outdated, but they have all the weights, machines, and tools you need to get in shape. They also have a room in the back that has more equipment for cross fit training, etc. Oh, and the monthly fees are VERY affordable. Give it a try if you're in the area!

Experiencia fantástica: Absolutely amazing! Always nice and cool inside, not too overly hot. The people are nice, no one is rude, and they're quite polite. The workers there are also very nice, always willing to help, and won't hesitate if anything is needed to be fixed. Management is perfect. (A little side note: The only thing I would say is a tiny problem. Is that some people oftenly are a bit lazy, with re-racking their weights, and don't do it. Just br aware of that little annoyance.)

Experiencia negativa: I only came here because a dear friend of mine used to teach Zumba , and I loved her classes, and I would come a couple times a week. I moved out of the area but forgot to cancel my membership before I left. I called and and was informed by an employee That it was their policy that you had to cancel In person, but because I was no longer in the area. He would make an exception for me and cancel my membership And no longer charge my bank account. I thanked him profusely, And didn't give it a second thought since the money was coming out of a particular account that I didn't use very often, had a small direct deposit monthly, and similar withdrawals. Fast forward several months later, I checked the account and I am still being charged, renewal fees and all, and of course I am angry. At this point, i've paid hundreds After they've told me that one no longer charge me.. I call the gym and speak to the owner. And he tells me again that it's their policy that they do not cancel over the phone, And that I've to come in and cancel in person . I tell him I do understand that Is there policy, but I spoke with one of his employees who told me they would make an exception. And I shouldn't have been paying for it all this time, they have been taking my money unethically, And it needs to stop immediately. The owner refuses to do anything unless I come in person to cancel. I call again and I get the same response. I'm upset , I beg, I plead, it doesn't matter. I call my bank, but since they have access to my checking account the bank cannot stop it. I'm so angry. I don't know why I haven't left a negative review before. I'm a single mom of 4 and I can't help but think how those hundreds and hundreds of dollars could be benefitting my kids instead of some jerk gym owner . This is such a horrible thing that the anxiety about actually making the trip there and cancelling upsets me so much. The policy really sucks , but it's not even so much that it's that. The owner wouldn't stand behind what his own hired employee told me in that I would be cancelled effective immediately and no longer be charged. He had an opportunity to do the ethical thing twice with me on the phone, I was upset and near crying, not just angry on the phone with him, and it still didn't matter.

Experiencia fantástica: I’m very happy with triad especially during Covid period when the government wanted to shut down all the gyms and churches. The owner of triad worked hard to stay open which is why I joined triad.

Experiencia fantástica: You will find no better gym than TRIAD FITNESS. You are more than a number at this gym. They offer a variety of classes. The gym is always clean. The staff are wonderful. Everyone is so nice. Even the people who workout there. I've never been to a gym as great as TRIAD. There's just something special about it. I highly recommend TRIAD to anyone who wants an experience. I love going there and I've been a member for over two years. If you read something negative about them, know that it is the exception and certainly not the rule. An amazing place to be.

Experiencia fantástica: Adam T. is a great trainer and I would highly recommend him the magic he performs on people’s bodies is unparalleled to anyones ability to give you the right kind of nutrition combined with work that you have to put in. In three months you will see the change in your body plus you get a monthly discount of five dollars to the normal membership plan of 24.99 I highly recommend getting a workout plan with him you will not regret the choice of going with him as your personal trainer.

Experiencia negativa: These people are awful and don’t care about their neighbors mental health! There is a backdoor to the gym thats always left open constantly playing loud music, beeping alarms, and weights dropping that shake the whole apartment. This has taken a massive toll on my mental health and despite calling them and trying to communicate for them to close the door they have been extremely rude and disrespectful.

Experiencia negativa: The worst gym ever, I started my membership in March 2021 and I canceled in April 2021 and they’re charging me still in June 2021 and they charged me even more money for the annual fee with just having a month of membership. Do not recommend going to this gym due to the fact that you’ll pay even after canceling. If you do plan on canceling, be prepared to pay more after you cancel. They just want to steal your money!

Experiencia negativa: I strongly recommend not signing up at Triad Fitness. I cancelled my membership in person as required on the April 1st. I was told that I would be charged 1 more time on April 15th because I need to give 30 day notice. I signed the cancellation and was given a yellow copy. I lost my yellow copy and now its May 17th and I was charged again. Triad says they have no record of me cancelling and I would have to provide proof or else come in and cancel again in person. Which I did and took a picture this time so I will not lose it. Please read all the reviews on google and yelp, Triad Fitness is stealing money from a lot of people like myself by magically losing their paper copy of the cancellation form.

Experiencia negativa: I enjoyed Triad while I was going there- it’s very affordable and not too busy. However, I have been very disappointed by their customer service the past two years- as a college student who moved home during the pandemic, they wouldn’t allow me to cancel my membership since the gym was closed. After the gym reopened, I contacted them numerous times about cancelling my membership since I was no longer in the state. After calling, leaving voicemails, sending emails, and even a DM on Instagram and sending a letter, they still did not cancel my membership so I had to cancel my card. Now, a year and a half later, I have received a letter from a debt collector about my “missed membership payments” to triad. DO NOT JOIN THIS GYM UNLESS YOU’RE THERE FOREVER, THEY WILL NOT LET YOU CANCEL.

Cons...not enough weights, no weight racks no maintenance or organization and only 1 machine/bench of everything lots of wait time. Very well laid out. $58 to get my first month started and $29.99 per month after. Perfect to get me through this lockdown until the gyms closer to my apartment open up!

I have seen multiple reviews on here and yelp about the process it has taken them to get into contact with anyone from the gym. I found it surprising that they never notified their members either in writing like they said they would in the first email they sent out to members alerting them payment would be on hold.

Experiencia fantástica: I've been going to triad for a month and I love it! All of the employees are super friendly and helpful and the owner gave my family and me a great deal. All of the machines are always working properly and their employees regularly clean them. The thing I love most is the day care. I have 3 little ones and the girls who work in there are great with all of my kids. I highly recommend triad fitness.

Also the most competitive pricing anywhere. Great child care during the day at an affordable price. This is truly a gym for every health enthusiast. The family man to the power lifters. I definitely recommend this gym.

Experiencia positiva: I really enjoy Triad Fitness. I'm a college student at APU and the gym is in great walking distance. I was a competitive gymnast in before coming to college, and I really wanted to start working out again, but I was nervous about going to a gym. However, the people at triad are friendly and there isn't any shaming while you're there. My favorite part the gym is that there is a space for the women to workout without being checked out. Another great thing is that its a reasonable price to be a member. The only struggle with triad is because the gym isn't huge, it does get crowded.

Experiencia positiva: I've had a membership to Triad for over 2 years now. The gym is kind of small but I have no real complaints. It's convenient and inexpensive. I do like to avoid peak hours (roughly 5 pm to 8 pm) because I'm not much of a people person. The stairmasters (of which there are 4) tend to fill up when its busy but a spot will normally open up in 10 minutes or so. I've heard good things about their Boot camp class but never personally attended.

I almost got a membership at LA Fitness in Glendora, but didn't like the way the GM there handled his sales pitch, so I gave Triad a call and I'm so glad I did. Their prices are way better, everyone who works there is nice and personable, and the owner is a super cool guy. I highly recommend Triad Fitness.

Experiencia fantástica: Love Triad fitness. My only problem is the weekend hours. I wish they stayed open longer hours throughout the week especially on the weekend. I love the classes that are included in your membership. I don't have a child, but for them to offer child care is pretty convenient. Never really encountered broken machines. The ones I've seen out of order, get repaired rather quickly. For being a smaller gym, I think they have a great selection of machines and heavy weights. They also offer group and solo training.

Experiencia negativa: Would definitely be careful signing up for this gym. When you try to cancel your membership, they charge you for an additional month "after" you cancel just to grab an extra month's fee's from you. If you try to stop the automatic payments, instead of canceling the membership automatically, if they can't process the payment, they keep your membership open and keep charging you and end up sending it to collections. Really shady way of grabbing extra money from their members.

Experiencia fantástica: Great local gym. Cheap dues for any gym, but they also have free classes and a lot of space and a wide variety of equipment. Free weight area, cardio machine area, weight machine area, yoga room and multipurpose crossfit style room (giant tires and sledgehammers etc.).

Experiencia fantástica: It's a small but serious gym. Employees are professional, equipment maintained, and fellow members are courteous. Times that I go, not crowded.
