Experiencia negativa: I have coming here from august 2024 and i always complaining about the sunscreen, moisturizer, towels and lots of things but after complaining they put the things but there is no sunscreen after i complaining since i am coming from august whenever i go for a bath and come out there is no sunscreen please tell the staff to put all required things and please check it daily thank you so much

Experiencia positiva: Great experience! The spa hostess (Risaun) was awesome and really knowledgeable and made you feel ready to retreat! The treatments were amazing! It was a large group present so the water experience was not as enjoyable as the various water areas were crowded and very loud, but I would be willing to visit again on a less busy day!

Working in fitness I had accepted pain, soreness and stiffness as the norm, but today I woke up feeling like I had a brand new body! I could have spent all day here. Will definitely be back!

Experiencia positiva: The spa itself was nice. I didn't expect the deep tissue massage to be more than half the time on my feet, especially when I explained the areas I wanted worked on. Very steep price for that.

Experiencia negativa: Massage was amazing. However I used my Travelzoo voucher for $145 - 50 minute flow massage at exhale spa in beaver creek. I confirmed the voucher details when I made the appointment. The voucher states that the $145 was the total for the massage - but I had to pay another $162 at the spa upon checkout. The girl told me that the $145 doesn’t cover the massage - it is applied to the total regular price massage. She charged me and this is incorrect. I asked several times for her to verify what she was charging me. But she kept saying that the voucher doesn’t cover the massage. Its infuriating to be charged incorrectly after a relaxing massage. It's like they banked on me being too relaxed to argue.

Experiencia positiva: Exhale appeared to be short staffed. Was taken to the dressing rooms but no other instructions? My massage was wonderful but the waiting area could use some amenities given that the pricing here is quite high. The checkout process was difficult. No one quite knew how to apply gift cards without some errors which were later corrected but only after charges were applied to my card. Now I have to wait to be sure corrections are applied. That process took about 35 minutes, attendant was a bit defensive and it sorted of melted away the benefits of the massage. Hopefully they will get staffing improved.

Experiencia positiva: My massage was nice, but the facilities need to be freshened up and updated. Did not have the nice spa feeling. There were several features that were not working the day I was there.

Experiencia positiva: Our couples massage was delightful! We really enjoyed the outdoor hot tubs before our service. They’ve got a water therapy routine that unfortunately is coed for the first step then divides out between genders - not ideal for couples. Overall was a great experience though!

Experiencia negativa: The facilities are nice, but it would have been better to have the men/women Sauna/Hot tub attached to the Corresponding locker rooms. Instead, you have to take the stairs or elevator to get to everything. The front desk staff made a few mistakes upon booking and by not responding to emails and booked the wrong genders. Then they kept asking us the same information before and after our massage like they weren't listening the first time for the 10% discounts offered with our group. Prior to even arriving, which I noticed after the fact, I got an email for 20% off mentioning a promo code which I missed out on. My wife had a massage, but the Masseuse were rubber gloves which was just odd. That being said it was too expensive for this many issues.

Experiencia positiva: The spa was ok but not well maintained. I used the facilities (jacuzzis, whirlpool, shower, etc) before my spa appointment and the clocks on the walls were all slow/broken. I didn’t know that until I got to the last room with the weird tile loungers (that were not heated like they were supposed to be) and the clock didn’t work at all. That gave me anxiety as I thought I was going to be late for my massage appointment. Tiles in the steam room were broken off and on the ground. That was a little off putting with bare feet. Also I visited during mud season and the whole hotel had some sort of issue with hot water. The massage was great. Very well done. But I wouldn’t recommend visiting this spa for the facilities. It was small and not very well maintained or nice compared to other spas I’ve been to.

Experiencia fantástica: The massages here are wonderful. I’ve seen many different therapists over the years and each one is unique and amazing. It’s more on the expensive side, but so worth it. I also enjoyed the pools and steam room as well. So relaxing and rejuvenating.

Experiencia negativa: The most overpriced average massage in an outdated spa. I really did like my therapist, Nanci. She was a sweetheart. Did I leave relaxed, yes. However, was it worth $450? Hell no. No sauna or steam room in the ladies locker room so don’t think you’re going to get any additional amenities. You can use the glorified hot tubs downstairs but I’m not a chlorine girlie so couldn’t do much to stretch that hefty price tag.

Experiencia fantástica: I just switched from classpass to a full time membership. I ❤️ the classes (Pilates mat and chair, exhale core fusion/barre, yoga). Michelle’s attention to form is incredible, just as it should be! She is a real fitness pro. The studio is IMO the most beautiful in the valley overlooking trees, large, very serene. Taking classes there puts me in a good mood whenever I go.

She is an expert in her field .In both classes and privates she gives you cues that make her stand out in comparison to other instructors . Her cues really help you to fine tune your workout and understand what you should be doing to accomplish the best workout possible. Maura is a fantastic yoga instructor. Her intuitive knowledge of what you need in class makes every class an energizing and peaceful experience. Nathalie is also an energetic leader and really helps you expand your limits in her amazing Barr classes. Celine at the front desk and handling retail and marketing makes coming to the spa / fitness center such a joy. She is amazing at explaining and referring you to the the treatments perfect for you. In the spa Tiana and Morgan offer treatments beyond compare. You leave feeling rejuvenated, relaxed and glowing. Marnie in the salon makes getting a mani / pedi such a relaxing experience. Thank you to all of the very special people at Exhale spa and fitness center in Beaver Creek. You all are the reason I keep returning year after year.
