CFV - Crosstraining Fitness of Vail

Experiencia negativa: Went to this gym to give it a shot even though multiple people have told me it’s not worth going to. Did my research before hand. The owner/head coach didn’t greet us when we walked in. The coach coaching the class didn’t know what the workout was when I asked her before realizing it was on their whiteboard. I hate to leave a bad review, but this was probably the worst experience just walking into a gym.

Experiencia fantástica: These guys are great! Incredible owners, has everything. Also they make a killer mule deer burger. Great pull up system, bikes and all the crossfit needs. Thanks guys for the drop in!

They offer personal training options for those needing custom programming, boot camp classes at 9am Mon-Wed-Fri, group classes, and strength/mobility focused classes. Whatever your needs are, you will find the all the options here.. The coaches here are extremely knowledgeable, even if you are needing to train around injuries.. come see for yourself! Give them a try today!
