Experiencia fantástica: I was ready to make some changes in my life and I was searching for a gym that provided a fun, motivating, and challenging work-out experience. There are so many things I love about this gym, but one of the things I enjoy the most is that people of all levels can do this. The trainers are skilled and professional. The gym owner Kate is genuine and inspirational. Everyone at the gym has been welcoming and encouraging! I look forward to my workouts every week. After joining this gym, I’ve noticed not only physical gains, but my mindset and focus are the best they have been in a long time. Highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: Absolutely the best gym I have ever joined. Everyone has been so welcoming and supportive! The coaches are totally amazing. They help modify workouts to my skill level and make sure I do them safely . They encourage you to push yourself and step outside of your comfort zone. The other members are like family. I am amazed how good I feel physically and mentally. The owner Kate is one of a kind. She cares about each and every one of her clients, on a personal level.

Experiencia fantástica: Coach Kate made my first PT experience a lot less scary than I anticipated. Ok, not scary at all! She has a full wellness approach. She doesn’t just focus on fitness, but equally on nutrition and mental wellness. This isn’t the place to slack off. You’re motivated and met physically were capable, with a slight push. What other place lets you bring your kids, TO YOUR session?! Your feelings, both physically and emotionally, are validated here. I’d recommend Coach Kate or any of her highly motivating (and fun!) coaches at Coca. She’s figured it out, and we get to benefit from that.

Experiencia fantástica: Feedback from a new member… If you are on the fence about getting into CrossFit you should definitely reach out to the owner, Kate. Joining a new gym or starting a new fitness program is intimidating. Coca does a great job of easing this transition. The gym has a laid back, and friendly environment. I started at Coca about a month ago. The coaches are knowledgeable and easy to talk to. The workouts are challenging but can be adjusted accommodate any fitness level or goal. I highly recommend Coca!

Experiencia fantástica: Since 2021 when I found Coca CrossFit I have been coming here when I travel to see my family in vermilion. I always search CrossFit gyms that I think will fit my personality and what I’m looking for in a box/gym when I read about Kate and the passion in her gym I had to come check it out. It proved me right. The people, the atmosphere, the passion, drive and attitude of everyone here was amazing. I felt like I was walking into my home gym and everyone wants to feel like that. No judgement pure friendliness. I continue to come back every time I come in town and look forward to it. Kate is amazing and fun and the instructors are knowledgeable as well. This place is truly the best place to get the best workout and make it your home gym or travel gym.

Experiencia fantástica: Kate and the team are amazing whether you are a first timer or an experienced athletes they have programs to suit your needs. The couch to CrossFit Saturday morning community class is highly recommended for a first try. Did wonders for my son who is currently being recruited for college football and had a very successful senior year thanks to their off-season training program!

Experiencia fantástica: I've been going to Coca off and on for about 4 years now. I keep trying closer boxes but have yet to find one that is as welcoming, open and accessible. Coach Kate genuinely cares about her people. She is always trying to find new ways to make us and the business better. I don't feel like I have to be the best athlete to walk in. I also love that they can modify for any level and all of my many injuires. If you're just starting your crossfit journey, I highly recommend Coca to get you started right.

Experiencia fantástica: I like this place. While there is plenty of opportunity for an elite athlete, there is a lot for the everyday person. I attend a "Couch to CrossFit" class where basic CrossFit moves are scaled for the beginner. As my class is starting, the true CrossFit class is finishing and I can see those people working out. I restarted going when my teenage children became interested in the "Teens" class. Perhaps the biggest indication I can give is to echo my son's comment: he loves how everyone greets each other like friends when you walk in.

Experiencia positiva: They offer great classes for all ages. The parking lot is small but never full and the driveway leading up to it is one lane which leads to awkward moments when two cars are trying to go opposite ways.

Experiencia fantástica: Dropped in this morning while traveling. Everyone was very welcome as is the norm with Most CrossFit boxes. I pulled up to a house but the actual facility is behind the house and is excellent. Warm in 9 degree weather, plenty of equipment, great class. And I didn’t realize till after that Kate, the instructor/owner went the CrossFit games in 2011 before she was injured. She definitely knew her stuff and was great at scaling the workout for a novice like me. If I lived in the area, this would be a great home gym.

They have in my opinion the best coaches and programming with a wide variety from good old Crossfit, powerlifting, gymnastics programming and in between. Check it out! You won't be sorry!
