Just celebrated 1 year off work outs....I ❤️ the trainers.....You won't be disappointed....Kim' Playlist kicks a$$ - and her spin class is AMAZING. Taylor pushes me to be better each class. She has high energy and motivating. Thank you BLUEPRINT Team for welcoming this OLD lady.

Experiencia fantástica: Being part of the Hanford Blue crew family has been amazing! Taylor, Kim, and Ysenia push you to be the best you can be in the gym! They are the best trainers! They truly care about the members!!

Experiencia positiva: I love starting my day out here. So motivating and they always help you with all the workouts. It goes by so fast doing weights, cycling, and boxing. I have scoliosis and they are helpful to modify things I shouldn't do. Variety of music ( not always thrilled with some - but it keeps us old people up to date!) .Many available times throughout the day as well. Awesome place!

Experiencia fantástica: Lauren Ricks seriously changed my life! One workout at a time, one conversation at a time. She takes her time to educate you about eating properly and healthy! As many women I had always struggled with my weight, honestly not after working with her! I got this down now! Lost 55 pounds 2 years ago and haven't gained an ounce back!
