Experiencia fantástica: One of the best gyms for Military, GS, Retired, and dependents, and percent disabled veterans . They have lots of equipment and weights .. basketball, fitness rooms, and a pool.

Experiencia positiva: Edited: The hours are now correct. Hours are incorrect. They close earlier than the hours posted. If you need to leave 15 min prior to closing, then isn’t the gym just closed at that time? Floor is always dirty. Group fitness and NOFFS rooms are at least 5-10 degrees hotter than the rest of the gym.

Experiencia positiva: They don't allow martial arts classes. If you want to learn self defense, art, and further discipline: go off base and pay for it. Or talk around and find the existing instructors for separate business. Aside from that, it's a great gym for lifting lovers, swimmers, ballers, etc.

Experiencia fantástica: Its a great place and the ambiance is so nice,was able to hit all PR's but one day i was doing a deadlift and trying to hit my PR,I didn't know I couldn't use the black plates for deadlift and so when i was doing my rep one of the staff yelled at me and say's "HEY you cant do that" so all eyes on me looking like im an idiot not knowing i cant use such weights‍♂️so next time ask before you even work out or else you're gon get yelled at

Experiencia fantástica: Pretty good gym. I think I saw only one equipment out of order. There are only few squat racks and benches, so play basketball, run outside, or go for a swim. Just glad that the staff were there during the holidays. Thanks!

Experiencia fantástica: Very nice very great staff has a racquetball court as well as a sauna. (Sauna closed occasionally due to Covid restrictions.

Experiencia fantástica: You can't say anything bad about a free gym workout. Really you can't. The equipment is pretty well kept, and the facility isn't half bad at all. Having a buddy help push you to get stronger is always a good thing as well.

Experiencia positiva: Staff does a good job and they keep the area very clean. Like most Navy gyms it does not have a lot of redundancy (actual weightlifting equipment) so when it gets slightly busy you need to be flexible with what to use.

Experiencia positiva: This gym is alright for being free, but the hours are no good if you work night shift or mid shift. Extend the hours please .

Experiencia fantástica: I pretty much only use the outdoor track, but can testify that that is well maintained.

Experiencia positiva: Gym has weird hours, closes at 3pm on weekends, and a lot of equipment could use some updating. No significant updates im 7 years. Compared to most other Navy facilities its pretty bare bones, but will suffice if you don't want to pay any member fees out in town.

Experiencia positiva: Good, consistent gym. Racquetball courts are clean and well maintained, machines are serviced relatively quickly. 4/5 because there are few rowing machines, and the pool is outdoors & uncovered so hard to use in winter or when sunny, without concerns of burning.

Experiencia positiva: This is a really good gym as long as you attend it during off-hours. During the busy time of the day, although this gym has a large footprint, it can become unreasonably crowded and difficult to complete a good workout. That being said, the HIT section of the gym is great as well as the pool for lap swimming.

Experiencia fantástica: Clean and cheap. Nice pool also. There's a mom and kid class as well. They also run very nice swim classes for kids during the summer. Very cheap and we love the teachers.

Experiencia negativa: Tennis courts are in prehistoric condition. Staff will no longer allow indoor court for wall practice

Experiencia negativa: Staff is very rude and uneducated about their own gym rules. Melania was very brash and aggressive. I've been on this base for over a year and myself along with other people have used the indoor court to practice tennis since the outdoor court is in very poor condition.

Experiencia fantástica: Oh my god I wish I can give this place more stars. The fitness equipment is in mint condition and top of the line. I don't have my own membership but I go with my friend there and I'm jealous that I don't get to have my own. Parking is easy and hassle free. Very clean place, nice people. Will make anyone who likes fitness want to go there often.

Experiencia negativa: Staff is alright. Very poor use of space. A ton of hammer strength equipment that is rarely used yet very little free weight equipment. The cross fit room works. The hours aren’t great. For the size of the gym there aren’t enough dumbells. Tons of cardio equipment (probably too much) so you never have to wait for one.

Experiencia fantástica: This gym has great equipment. Though it's very busy most of the time. The only time it really isn't busy is when they're about to close. Other than that it's great. There's even a sauna, a few racquetball courts, and much more.

Experiencia positiva: It's ok. It works nothing spectacular, go during the slow times there are a lot of "that persons" in the gym, crew doesn't clean up at all. Weight can be hard to find and has a bad layout. They need a good director to come in and change it up.

Experiencia positiva: Decent gym. Kept pretty clean. The women's locker room has a sauna but the steam room hasn't been working for some time. Every time I have gone, if has not been overly crowded.

Experiencia negativa: Staff is uneducated about weightlifting. The facility has bumper style plates but you are not allowed to drop them "uncontrolled" from overhead. I was told they are not designed to be dropped but protection against missed lifts. While this is true it is also designed to prevent injury while working at MAX or near max. Controlling decent from overhead at those weights can cause injuries. Train your staff better NAS Lemoore gym.
