For the past 3 Weeks I have been attending training section with Coach Yo. he is very knowledgeable and willing to work with you on your weakness to become your strength. His energy level matches my energy levels at 4:45am. Great gym, people & atmosphere.

Definitely a judgement free zone and everybody is very encouraging. The music is great and the energy of the gym will make you want to work harder. We 100% recommend it.

All of the trainers are highly knowledgeable and know exactly how to keep you motivated (& safe!) during your workout. All the equipment you need is here from boxing, to yoga, to weight training, and pretty much anything else. They also have some really intense and effective group classes for all fitness levels. Definitely check them out!

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been consistent with the 5am Morning Struggles class for a little over a month now. I can say that it’s always a great workout. Although it’s a challenge we all work at our own pace and at the same time we’re encouraged to do our best. I am much stronger and definitely can see great results from all of the strength training. If you have just been doing cardio and have reached a plato with your workout. This workout will is exactly what you need to take it to the next level.

So far I have worked with Lou, Frid, and Frank during the 5 AM Morning Struggles Classes. They make you feel comfortable and like you are family. They will push you to keep working hard with the exercises, even when you feel like giving up on yourself. The members of the gym are also very sweet and you can tell that everyone comes in on a consistent basis and works hard towards their goals. 1000% would recommend this gym to any and everyone who is ready to get serious about reaching their health and fitness goals.

The inactivity, the bad eating habits, and just making a bunch of excuses as to why “I didn’t have time to workout.” One of the trainers at GrittFitt, CHRISTIAN, really opened my eyes when it came to my physical health. Being a part of a “family” that cares for your health more than you do, is the type of people you need by your side. There’s so much passion in what each trainer is doing, and it shows from the results.

Jed is my trainer and signing up with him was the best decision i could have made for my FITT journey! From day one you can tell he cared about my wants and needs to be successful. Gave me diet tips, dos and dont when i am out or on vacation and took heed to what i wanted to improve in the gym. Tough love is what i need and he pushes me exactly enough to see the results! My body has made so many changes in just 3 months.. 3 MONTHS! Jed is the best trainer, take my word pls and sign up!!!!! consistency is key! I hate working out and wanted to get into a new healthy and fitness journey, but was not looking for a military style , and wanted someone to start where I am physically. Their wonderful staff was able to do my consultation and give me a body analysis which was so cool because I have never had one before. I was concerned being that I am a beginner and I did not know if the gym was going to be full of advance people but I was wrong ! This gym caters to all ages and genders. My awesome trainer Jed has been very kind and uplifting throughout my journey. I have seen amazing results even within 4 weeks of training. I enjoy many of the classes they offer such as glutes n abs, step kick, Zumba, boxing, hip hop cardio, and many more. All of the trainers are very nice and professional. They keep everything sanitized and wiped down for your usage. What I enjoy the most about the gym is the family feel. They make you feel welcomed ask about your day and even take the time to learn your name. I encourage anyone nearby to come to their gym to begin your fitness journey. Do not let your age or weight deter you, as I have seen many of the older men and women getting their work outs in. If you’re hesitant check out some of the classes you will not be disappointed !

Experiencia fantástica: GrittFitt is an exceptional black owned gym! When I say exceptional, I mean it. All of the trainers are welcoming, kind, knowledgeable, and gifted. Every single trainer I see in GrittFitt creates differentiated/personalized workouts for their trainees. I work out with my personal trainer Christian (who is nothing but amazing) and I am still greeted and encouraged by the other trainers. That is what I love most about GrittFitt and why GrittFitt is so family centered. The trainers are not only invested in the people they are training but also anyone else in the gym! Trainer S/o: Quick shoutout to Christian! He is such an amazing trainer and he is a ball of energy! From a teacher perspective he is . He models each exercise, breaks exercises down/chunking, differentiates exercises for different levels/abilities, and gives feedback. On top of all of that he creates fun exercises, he pushes you to do your best, and makes working out fun. Thanks Christian for helping me on my health journey. Lastly, Thanks GrittFitt for providing a safe place to work out, an atmosphere full of energy, and caring/dedicated trainers. I have never loved a gym the way I love GrittFitt! (To be quite honest, I’ve never loved the gym lol)
