Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been attending CrossFit Momentous for almost a year and it’s honestly the best decision I made not only for my physical health but also my mental health. My husband has been doing CrossFit for years and I’ve always been intimidated by it so I tried OrangeTheory and all those bootcamps but couldn’t find anything that would stick. When I finally decided to give it a try it was the best workout I ever experienced. You don’t have to be an Olympic athlete to do CrossFit and momentous makes you feel like you can do it! It has a great friendly and family atmosphere! From the coaches to all the members you truly feel accepted and like you belong. I would recommend CrossFit Momentous to everyone! If you’re thinking about it just give it a try. You won’t be disappointed!!

Experiencia fantástica: The best. Everything from location to equipment to coaching and programming. I didn’t work out after college athletics for almost 4 years. I was nervous to try CrossFit out but since day 1 I have felt like this is where I belong. Working out used to feel like a chore and now because of CFM, I am counting down the minutes until class every day. Greeted every day with enthusiasm and challenging work outs. Nothing beats it. Absolutely life changing

Experiencia fantástica: Five stars don’t correctly represent how I feel about CrossFit Momentous. CrossFit can be an intimidating thing to start, but the coaching staff and fellow gym members go above and beyond to make sure you’re comfortable. The coaches take the time to make sure you understand the fundamental aspect of specific movements to prevent injuries and encourage you every step of the way, regardless of your current fitness level. They are the true definition of a community that feels like family.

Experiencia fantástica: If you’re like me and need a little kick in the pants to find your workout potential, Momentous is the place for you! Coaches and other members are always willing to offer encouragement to help you push through. I always lose interest and motivation doing the same old routines at big box gyms, but the staff at Momentous program varied movements in every workout. Every day is different!

Experiencia fantástica: GREAT Family friendly gym for all ages and athletic abilities. I was a proud member of the gym for a year, and with the help of the dedicated coaches I learned many new complex movements. (dubs/ handstand push-ups etc) With their help I have become a whole lot stronger and more knowledgeable. Josh and Kim are super friendly and treat you like family. They are supportive in and out of the gym, and will do whatever they can for you. Impossible to find a more caring owner/ coach team. I have to relocate for work, but every time I am back in ATL I will be dropping in for a workout!

Experiencia fantástica: This gym is a great place to get a workout in. I’ve been a couple times, led by two separate coaches that knew exactly how to coach me at my level. The gym itself is equip with all the equipment needed to get a great workout in, and the staff, owners, and other patrons are warm and welcoming. If you’re looking for a place to work out, or work out and have community, this gym is it!

Experiencia fantástica: The best Crossfit Gym! Been there several years! Great Coaches, no matter your age, size, or shape! You will feel comfortable and accepted. It’s all about the family environment there. Owners are awesome as well as the coaches. They make working hard fun and enjoyable. LOVE ❤️ my CrossFit Family!! My daughter and I love it. I’m 54 and she’s 20, so anyone can do it!
