They have eating stations drinks station They do so many different things from exercise to weight loss surgery phentermine diet to breast enhancement lashechess for eye lash growth wow im impressed with all the servives they offer and bonus young girl in front I wish i could remember her name I wish I would have did my review before going shopping so I would remember it she was very pleasant so very friendly an a beautiful smile! Kiddo to you! And my Dr was amazing she took her time and carefully went through all my history and helped me come up with a plan for weight loss I totally recommend come here and checking it out and if you park in the front kind of by where the door is it says patient and guest it's free parking just a little FYI

Experiencia fantástica: I just joined this gym and am already happy! Lauren in membership is fantastic, I highly recommend taking a tour with her if you are interested. Super clean facilities and tons of group classes included.

Experiencia negativa: The cleaning staff is so weird. They follow you around counting how many towels you used. God forbid you used more than one, they will come and confront you about it. They even come into the sauna to see how many towels you’re using in there. While I was in there, she opened the door wide and left it open saying they have to clean it. Why not wait until I exit?? After the shower, I was getting dressed but still completely naked and was just opening my locker and this cleaning lady with short hair runs to me, brought another lady with her and they bought staring at me while I’m standing there absolutely naked trying to get dressed and I said can I have some privacy? But they disregarded my request and this cleaning lady said something to the other lady and this second lady translated and said that the cleaning lady is saying not to use so many towels. I told them that the ones I placed aside on the floor have blood stains on them and that they didn’t wash them properly, that I picked them up from the shelves and saw dark brown stains that are actually a blood stains that didn’t get washed properly and that is why I had to pick another ones without stains and that cleaning lady something else and the second woman translated that she said: “if our towels aren’t clean enough for you, then bring your own towels”. I don’t appreciate being harassed while naked trying to get dressed, when I specifically asked for privacy until I get dressed but they ignored my request and I don’t appreciate being stalked around after the shower or disturbed inside the sauna and questioned about how many towels I use and why I placed them on the floor and I don’t want to be bullied by the housekeepers. If they have any concerns, they should not harass people but go and talk to the management. I come here to enjoy my time. Not to be disturbed like that by the cleaning crew. They hate you for being there. They should first clean the towels properly.

Experiencia positiva: I like this fitness club but I can only come here around 6pm, and when I do, I like to use the sauna and the steam room after my workout. But I don’t know why, they shut down the sauna and the steam room hours before the closing hours in the women locker room. One day I was inside the sauna and the cleaning lady came inside and said it is closed and turned it off, while the club was still open. In addition, they block the entrance to the shower rooms with benches, so that you can’t use it.

Experiencia negativa: Greedy cancellation policy. They charge you for a whole month when trying to cancel your membership for absolutely no reason.

Experiencia negativa: DO NOT USE YOUR CC/Debit AT THE PARKING METERS. My bank halted my card after being used at these parking meters due to history of fraud at the merchant. This parking meter is the only purchase I have made with my card so it must have been the culprit.

Experiencia fantástica: This is a beautiful facility, but I’m going to specifically mention how easy my interaction has been with Lauren, who has something to do with selling you memberships, and with Trevor, who is one of the managers, but taught the 6 AM body pump class. I walked in late, which is super lame And he made me feel very comfortable in class and the class was fantastic. His cuing was spot on and could just let me drop into my own out. His energy was fantastic. I couldn’t stop smiling throughout the workout, even though some of it was really hard! I’m looking forward to taking more of his classes.

Experiencia fantástica: Relaxed gym with good amenities for the price. I registered for off-peak pricing ($40+/month). Gym is rarely busy, and includes use of hot tub, steam room and sauna. The locker room and showers are clean and well stocked. Friendly staff, too. Adequate number of cardio machines. Great for the casual workout demographic.

Experiencia negativa: Don’t come here if you expect a towel in the men’s bathroom to be made for anyone besides a 100lb figure skater.

I have problems with my hamstrings and shoulders, and she knows how to address these issues so that when I leave my body feels rejuvenated. Highly recommend a message at AHWC.

Experiencia positiva: I self referred myself here. I live in the Durango area and Mercy Medical Center wasn't taking my symptoms or concerns seriously. I was able to get answers from CU-ANSCHUTZ within a month. After being told by Mercy I was fine or that things were in my head, it was comforting to get actual incite. They do televisits and respond quickly to messages. All of the Aurora staff was kind and helpful. It was a relief after years of symptoms. I took 1 star off for the quickness to prescribe medication, I was clear about the natural route, no meds, no surgery. I'm pretty excited about the dietitian and the gluten-free diet.

Experiencia positiva: Met with nutritionist for an hour session. Very helpful. Only advice is be careful about the pricing. I was quoted roughly $100. Anschutz billed my insurance $748 for a one hour zoom session.

They don't have a ton of equipment but for the number of gym-goers they have, I don't think you would ever wait long for anything. It is a bit expensive for me, so I'll keep going to the local rec center for half the price.

Experiencia positiva: Gym with excellent variety of free weights, machines, and cardio equipment. Covid precautions have been reduced with improving data, gym is now open access without reservations. Pool and hot tub still require reservations. Locker room and showers are clean with plenty of open lockers. Hot tub is nice. Pool is adequate for casual swimming laps but not long enough for enthusiasts to swim lengths.

Experiencia positiva: Very clean facility and friendly staff. During covid they require you to book an appointment before coming in. Sanitizers are available throughout. The shower has shampoo, conditioner, and lotion. Sauna and steam room not open at this time. Pool is small and water is not warm enough sometimes.

Experiencia negativa: The gym changed it's policies upon re-opening after the initial pandemic closure. The large changes and re-opening were announced only one week prior to a new billing cycle. I cancelled after 7/1 and the gym is forcing me to pay until 9/1 because of "cancellation policies". The management should have allowed patrons more time to consider drastic policy changes before enforcing a billing policy that charges multiple months of membership fees. Further, the policy changes violate the member agreement that the gym is using to charge me for two free months of membership. If this had been handled differently I would have simply cancelled my membership and re-joined with whatever fees when the policies allow for spontaneous gym visits again. Now I am cancelling my membership after multiple years and never re-joining- over policy enforcement in an unprecedented time. This decision by the gym reflects on how the gym is run- I feel sorry for the trainers. Hopefully, this review steers a few well-meaning healthcare providers, faculty, and students in the right direction- you've been warned.

Experiencia negativa: Greedy cancellation policies- the focus is scraping every last bit from university employees. Great place for tourists visiting and staying at the hotels that shuttle guests to the gym (which sucks for actual members), but a bad place for hospital employees, faculty, and students. Update: it feels relevant to add that the unforgiving cancellation policy I am referencing occurred in the first few months of the pandemic. I honestly didn’t realize how disgustingly greedy their policies were until I could reflect on the situation and COVID-19 with a few years of gained perspective. Shame on you.

Experiencia fantástica: Very Clean, easy to access, with a friendly staff, and GREAT workout space. I've been coming here on and off for several years and love how I easy going and friendly the facilities and staff are. I also love how I can freeze my account during the summer months while I play outside, join group classes on the fly, and also how I have the option to steam in the sauna room for a lengthy period after a hard workout. Highly recommend for people wanting to get back into working out in a low stress/competitive gym. I also highly recommend the personal training staff and the commitment to the Anschutz goals of Health & Wellness :)

Experiencia negativa: I just do not think Anshutz Emer center should be open to the public. The level of resolution is 0 with the patient as an experiment to students. The med or nursing students have no experience playing around with the publics lives. They should not be near the public unless they have licences. It should not be open to public. Health takes a little more than a student experimenting on human life.

Experiencia fantástica: These very professional people help veterans with ( traumatic brain injury ). All veterans are eligible. A very generous donor makes this happen at no charge to the veteran! I was very impressed!

Experiencia fantástica: I've been going to this gym since it opened! They have state of the art equipment, and the customer service experience is amazing. Due to this is a medical gym, they specialized in bodybuilding, weight loss and they have a lot of recovery programs for rehabilitation. My trainer is Lynn and she is one of the best trainers by far and I also recommend Mike, if you need a good trainer. This gym is more upscale than others. The training rates are far cheaper than their competitors such as 24 Hour Fitness. I highly recommend this place if your looking for a peaceful, clean and state of the art gym.

We recently had the pleasure of joining their outdoor bootcamp with Mike and Emily and they are both fantastic. They take the time to explain how to properly perform moves and always find a way to keep the classes different and interesting. I have nothing but positive things to say about our experience.
