There are often few people training during the week and you can make more progress than in gyms that are full with people who are just sitting on the equipment doing nothing with their cell phone in hand.

Experiencia fantástica: 4:13 is an amazing gym, full of amazing people. From the ownership to the members, everyone who frequents this Paradise is incredible. The equipment heavy reflects the intent and training of the membership - any bar you want, you will find, from cambered squat bars to heavily knurled deadlift bars. Three monolifts, equipment and supplement sales, training, and general community. It's all here. If you're serious about powerlifting and serious about strength, this is THE gym to go to in the area.

If you are in the area and in need of a power lifting home; I hope you find one here. I know I wish I could. The only downside is that I won't get to lift here for longer!

Every coach/personal trainer in this place are immediately keen to help if needed, the gym has state of the art old school style and newer alike equipment. Go in and check it out and you will not be disappointed.

There’s something here for people wanting to get in a little better shape all the way to people who want to be competitive powerlifters. The regulars here are friendly and I like the environment a lot. Definitely recommended.
