He helped me correcting my technique’s and built confidence of lifting more weights.! I feel so fit and confident because of CFT Terra Nova. Thank you Roberto for bringing everyone together.!

I have visited several CF gyms during my travels and this one is my favorite, second only to my gym at home☺️ Owner and coaches are excellent and the atmosphere is what I wish I could see everywhere. Plenty of challenge for experienced athletes, but makes all skill levels feel right at home. There was even a family working out together when I did my visit wods there! So precious❤️

Experiencia fantástica: Super friendly and clean gym. Good blend between challenging and fun. The programming seems well put together and I'm looking for a good few years with this gym. Conveniently located right outside of base, and offers military rates.
