Experiencia negativa: Location appeared well equipped on the inside. Poor experience when I went down to join. I felt shamed for wanting to join without already being in good shape. Seemed like it was only welcoming to people with experience and muscle.

Experiencia fantástica: Lowry Crossfit is a great community. Christian is very knowledgeable and motivating in addition to being an all around good guy. The group that goes there really has a fun time and most members are very personable and friendly. Christian has built a great business of helping people to improve their lives.

Experiencia fantástica: I have visited many different studios; the product is consistently terrific. Great workout in one hour. You set your own challenge; coaches are very motivating.

Experiencia fantástica: I was visiting family in Aurora this week and needed a place to drop in and lift. Christian was super helpful and responsive in getting me set up before I arrived. Then, when I got in, Elizabeth, Amanda, and Rob were all really accommodating, kind, and helpful on the three days I came by to lift. Y’all made a great trip to CO even better! Happy New Year, and I hope to see you again the next time i’m in town!!

Experiencia fantástica: When I first sat down with Christian it was a great conversation, he gave me his honest recommendation on how to start crossfit. Christian also made me feel comfortable that he knows what he is talking about and let me tell you he really does. Personal training with him is the best thing I could of done for myself. His prices are amazing and his gym is awesome, I couldn't see myself doing this journey without him. I highly recommend him if you want to start doing crossfit, you won't regret it! He'll teach you all the mechanics for lifts and exercises. I will forever be a member of Lowry CrossFit!

Experiencia fantástica: Stepping through the doors of Lowry Crossfit was one of the best decisions I've ever made. I didn't just join a gym--I joined a community. LCF restored my competitive spirit as an athlete and has helped me become the strongest I have ever been. The workouts are tough, but are scalable for each individual, and the coaches do a great job of correcting form and motivating everyone to (safely) go balls out. It may not be the biggest or the fanciest box around town, but I guarantee you it's got the most heart.

Experiencia fantástica: I started going to Lowry Crossfit when I moved to Denver from South Florida. This is a great environment to train in with a fantastic community. I was out of shape from not working out for a while and the gym owner really encouraged me to do the Open despite where my fitness was. I have set personal records in strict pull-ups, overhead squat, and front squat (to name some of the lifts) since I have been at Lowry Crossfit. If you are in the Denver area you should definitely come out and check out Lowry Crossfit. No matter what your current fitness level is, you will make progress toward your personal goals.

Christian is a great coach who pushes you to be better, but is always checking your form, making sure each exercise is done properly first, which is something that I really appreciate. From the moment you get there, they make you feel like you've been there forever. I couldn't have made a better choice in the box I choose to better myself at! I highly recommend this place.

Careful attention is given to form and technique. All workouts can be scaled to your ability and the coaches are ready to answer any questions you mights have.
