Experiencia positiva: A great base gym. Could do with upgrading many of the equipment. Plenty of options here, tennis, squash, spinning, basketball and many many more. Please consider upgrading all the weightlifting equipment.

Experiencia negativa: It's a good gym, friendly staff but the sauna room has been temporarily closed for over a year now. If it's about the fund, I'm willing to contribute some funds for the fix, and I believe others may also be interested in helping out.

Experiencia negativa: Kind of gross that they don’t provide wipes or paper towels for the equipment in an effort to be “green” (hmm). The solution is to either wait 5 mins to let the equipment “air dry” with the provided spray or exercise in a pool of sweat and cleaner.

Experiencia positiva: You don't need to do anything or show anyone anything to enter. It's labeled as the human performance center, which kind of throws you off. Decent place, friendly workers up front. They've got open volleyball play on Thursday 3-6pm. It's a decent base gym, for how small the base is.

Experiencia positiva: It was great for me to do my rehab for my shoulder shooting the basketball. I made 15 out of 35 from the free throw. I love playing it.

Experiencia fantástica: I really like this workout facility! I'm a new military spouse and this is only the 2nd military gym I've been to, but it has EVERYTHING I need for a workout. There are different rooms to do aerobics, mat work, cardio, weights, golf simulation, racquetball, and crossfit. The gym is huge and can host a plethora of team sports simultaneously. No matter what time I go to the gym, it is hardly ever busy. I really enjoy "The Pit" where I can do some crossfit workouts and then I mosey upstairs to the cardio area to row. The front desk staff is always so patient with me. Because I am new to the gym, I ask where things are, etc and everyone I have ever asked a question to has been so helpful and have never made me feel like I'm bothering them. Yesterday, I inquired about the spin bikes since they have recumbent bikes and different bikes in the cardio room and was told they are in the west gym. I was able to make up my own workout on the spin bike for 40 mins thanks to all my years of going to spin studios. With the extensive variation of equipment, you'll definitely get the workout you're wanting and because it's never busy, you'll always have access to equipment immediately.

Experiencia fantástica: I went in this morning and the place was not busy probably because of the snow. The front counter help was very professional and I asked a few questions that they were able to answer. The place was clean and squared away. Happy to see how clean it was and very glad to be able to use this gym as it is only a few miles from my home.

Experiencia negativa: Not good. They fail to post new hours. Holiday hours are short and it makes no sense to close on the weekends with Covid. It creates more pressure during the week. Also the I seem to have twice the staff they need. What do they even do? Bad use of resources.

Experiencia positiva: An impressive fitness center when you consider the fact that Buckley is a relatively small base. Plenty of machines, a good-sized weight room, etc. When I went, the gym was open but COVID-19 restrictions meant the locker room was closed, so that’s a pain if you have to change clothes. Still, it’s a great fitness center and worth checking out.

Fix the Wi-Fi because most people steam there workout music. because Facility is a little dated but well maintained but could use a remodel to better utilize the space. Cardio equipment are scattered in the hallways. Broken machines are out right in the open. Overall, this place gets the job done.

Experiencia fantástica: One of the better gyms our Air Force has to offer. Great customer service from the staff. Has almost everything you can ask for in a fitness center. I always enjoy working out there.

Experiencia positiva: It's your typical base gym, but the staff is always friendly. Main weight room is a tad on the small side, but they have a "crossfit" room with some strongman items sprinkled in there as well. While that room is small, it is definitely amazing and makes the gym. Separate cardio room upstairs with a big selection of cardio equipment, that coupled with some racquetball courts and a basketball court makes up the gym.

Experiencia fantástica: Great atmosphere! The weight room is kinda quiet but that can be a good thing. Staff is helpful and friendly. I can always find a spot to do HIIT.

Experiencia positiva: A small step above your typical base gym. A small amount of the equipment is in operable, and they're waiting on repairs. The staff is always super nice, and ready/eager to help people better themselves! Big negative is the "24/7 access" that only provides access to a hallway, and badminton courts. With the type of staff and shift schedules we have at this base, it would be a worthy investment of funds to make the moves for having the gym actually manned 24/7, to allow for TRUE 24/7 access.

Experiencia fantástica: Great Air Force gym, including an indoor track, Spin bikes, plus the norm. They also have classes and personal trainers, something many Bases don't have.

Experiencia fantástica: I love this gym. But you can only go if you have access to a military installation.

Experiencia negativa: The family room needs to be updated and made bigger. The room is like 12x12 with one elliptical machine, one treadmill and a weight set... and toys on the other side. I came in today with my two children, and there were two ladies using the machines and one child in a carseat. It felt very tight/claustrophobic in there and on top of that, I didn't have a machine to use unless I wanted to wait 30 mins for either of them to finish. I haven't used any other parts of the gym, but this was a waste of my time... as a mother with children who wanted to use that specific area of the gym.

Experiencia positiva: It's great for an early morning grind. It has a lot of useful equipment, and fitness programs. My only beef with the place is the Wi-Fi service is some-timey, and there is no pool.

Experiencia positiva: Great facilities. Mostly clean and well kept, with lots of available equipment. Running track, treadmills, weight rooms. All if high quality. No swimming pool unfortunately.

Experiencia fantástica: Really only available to those with base access but a great gym with an indoor track, weight room, cardio room, basketball courts, and racketball courts. Locker rooms have saunas and showers.

Experiencia positiva: This is a decent gym with everything you could hope for minus a pool. The equipment is clean and in good condition. The locker rooms are large and well-laid out. The staff however, seems to constantly screw up the reservations I make which has led to a few confrontations that they were all but willing to help settle.
