Experiencia positiva: Edit: Dave Gordan, Leslie, and Ryan are incredible coaches, and I try to go when they teach because I always get what I came for with them! There are some, however, that make me wish I had just gone to a regular gym closer to my home and done the workout on my own, or make me wonder if I should find a new CF gym. There are some great coaches here that actually pay attention, greet me when I walk in, and create the atmosphere that I usually associate with this gym. Others, however, do the opposite, and it's so frustrating and discouraging. Been going to this gym for little over a year, and I love it. Everyone is supportive of each other, and the vibes are good. The workouts are always stellar, and they do CrossFit correctly here by emphasizing form over speed or intensity. They are very intentional about making sure nobody injures themselves, which I appreciate as someone with chronic back and neck pain! Dave the owner is always finding new ways to improve the program and the space, and all the coaches here are equally awesome. I highly recommend this gym to anyone, from beginners to experienced CrossFitters!

Experiencia fantástica: If I could do it anyone can. I thought Crossfit would be too advanced or expensive for me. We tried a free class, and now my whole family does it. I started feeling better and stronger after the first session. Dave is a talented and gifted teacher who is very patient with beginners with zero experience and he has a deep background as a competitive crossfit athlete, and trainer for those wanting advanced or athletic level of guidance. What I like best of all is that he has a life-long fitness outlook. He loves people, loves his work and puts his heart into everything he does. How healthy and fit will we be at 30? 40? 50? 60? 70? 80? 90? Fitness is a way of life.

I loved the relaxed atmosphere and how child friendly it was. Dave is a phenomenal coach with a positive attitude. Unfortunately I don't work nearby anymore otherwise I'd still be a member. Can't say enough good things about this gym.

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been affiliated with a few different CrossFit boxes over the years and CrossFit South Aurora is at the top of my list. My wife and I joined over one year ago and we have both seen major improvements. Dave, CFSA owner, is passionate, motivating and programs great WODs. The gym is kid-friendly and the other members have become like family to us. I highly recommend Dave and Crossfit South Aurora!

Experiencia fantástica: I have been looking around for a good crossfit gym in Aurora for a bit of time, and Crossfit South Aurora immediately struck me as being different from the competition. At Crossfit South Aurora, I felt like I was welcomed as a member of the community almost instantly. My face was remembered and I was greeted into every workout by regulars at the gym. The coaching at Crossfit South Aurora is truly spectacular as well. I have been doing crossfit for nearly three years, and still, I was taught refinements to my snatch technique that immediately improved my lift. This crossfit gym is a truly special place and I recommend giving it a shot for newcomers and veterans alike! Plus, for only a $10 drop-in fee, it wouldn't be worth it not to give Crossfit South Aurora a try!

Experiencia fantástica: This is the best crossfit I have found. Dave is a great trainer and he cares about how you are with where you are. You aren't pushed too hard too fast. There is a great sense of community and improving for where you are. He is great at modifying a workout if you have an injury. Highly recommend. Competitive in price too.

Experiencia fantástica: Two thumbs up here! If you are in Aurora, Colorado and looking for a visitor friendly box, this is the place. Great facility, friendly staff, drop in rate is only 10 bucks. The owner (I'm guessing) even gave me a nice tip to add to my snatch that was very helpful.

They go beyond being fit, strong, and competitive; the coaches really recognize the best way to for you to be successful.
