Experiencia fantástica: Great gym. You will pay more than the big chain gyms but won’t have to deal with all the usual BS that comes with them.

Experiencia positiva: Cool old school gym, has the best Leg Extension, Prone Leg Curl, and Shoulder Press machines I have ever used. Missing a few pieces of equipment like Lateral Raise Machine and Reverse Fly Capable Pec Deck.

Experiencia fantástica: This is a wonderful gym with enough weights and machines to keep you healthy & happy. The front desk manager was quite receptive to out of town travelers like myself who simply want to pay for a day pass to work out. The bathroom and showers are well maintained. Note that the gym plays lots of 80s rock (Def Lepard, Metallica, REO Speedwagon, etc) so that can be a plus for many, too!

Experiencia negativa: This is simply a review of an interaction that I had with a woman named Debbie. I am from Denver, currently living on the east coast while in school. I am currently conducting a statistics project and my aim is to compare gym membership prices between Denver and Boston. I was very pleasant and kind to this woman and I explained what I am attempting to do. Her response "we don't give prices over the phone we would rather have people come in and check out the gym". I again explained the project I am working on and the research I am trying to conduct. Debbie responded with "you really expect me to believe that you're conducting a project?" Seriously?? What nefarious reasons would I have for asking for a simple month-to-month price quote? I was disgusted with her behavior and asked if there was someone else that I could speak with. She said that it was just her. It left me with a really bad taste in my mouth.

Experiencia negativa: I called the gym to find out and was told I needed to go to their front desk to get the details and prices. I said I didn't want to waste my time and I could go to many other gyms if I just “want to have a look". So their male "staff" told me I could have a free trial. But when I went to the gym, their front desk turned into a middle-aged woman who was very rude and thought I was scamming for a free trial. My friend and I wasted half an hour asking her for a reasonable and respectful apology and rejected her offer after she gave me a free trial for the day. If you are trying to find a gym, this is obviously not a good choice. Their staff will make you a liar.

Experiencia fantástica: Solid equipment for bodybuilding or powerlifting in a great atmosphere! The guys took great care of me.

Experiencia negativa: I only went a few times and I've been to a lot of gyms in my life and I will say I like the aesthetic of this gym however for the monthly price they want they need better costumer service the worker "Deb" always seems to have an attitude and comes across very condescending not very friendly at all, and there is never parking in the parking lot, I understand that’s not their fault but it’s something to consider when going to a gym I hope this gym improves I will not be coming back.

Experiencia negativa: Absolute trash. From the outside looking in the gym looks awesome, militarily friendly, old school atmosphere and weights. What ruins this place is the lady at the front desk and the fact that you can’t put down 90lbs dumbbells after a top working set “too loud” or else they scream at you. Idk what world you live in where you can set down heavy weight after almost reaching failure without a little bit of noise. Might as well workout at planet fitness smh it’s cheaper too! Save your time and money and go to a real gym, unless you’re soft like charmin ultra soft! WEAK! PS No where in the waiver did it say you have to be quiet so be prepared to be caught off guard!

Experiencia fantástica: I don’t really leave reviews but after almost a year here. I can safely say that this gym gets the first five star out of me. The weight is heavy and yes when you walk through the door there’s work to be done. If you want strength and quality size this is the place to be. There’s only two judgments I respect in life. God and the iron… it’s clean and the only noise I hear is from people getting the job done….. Your only limitation is yourself, so come here if your willing to set the tone and put in the work…. Also keep in mind the word “work” because those weight aren’t gonna lift themselves.

Experiencia fantástica: Was just passing thru Denver from out of town.. decided to google gyms near me and was suprised with what this place had to offer.. Nice old school iron plates, heavy dumbbells, & plenty of squat racks. Nice minimalist gym for the people who enjoy going in and destroying their workout. Definitely a Hidden gem. $15 for a day pass too

I guess I should have been suspicious with all the random multiple charges and runarounds. It's a shame too because I loved this place until I was disrespected like that. Waste of $300.

Experiencia fantástica: I have only been coming here for about a week, however, I have to say, this hidden gem is by far the realest gym I've found in Denver! Member prices are extremely fair. The equipment is perfect for goals. The environment isn't just friendly with built in comraderie, and everyone here really seems to take their sessions serious. I have yet to see judgmental eyes floating around anywhere. Debbie works there and is completely amazing! My 2nd day in the gym she spent an hour with me helping me get familiar with equipment & proper form for my personal goals. She is just splended! I finally found my spot!

Experiencia negativa: If your looking for a bodybuilding gym just go to Armburst or Iron Warrior Gym. They downsized and the atmosphere died. Also if you want to cancel your membership they will keep charging you. I cancelled in November 2019 and am still being charged in January 2020.

Experiencia negativa: Used to be a rad gym... but the renovation turned out to be a downsize - and management didn’t tell a soul. Such a shame. Additionally, the place is filthy and the gal with the long braided grey hair and glasses who works there has always been generally unpleasant.

Experiencia positiva: Pretty old equipment, some things don't even work. They really need to update some. The parking is terrible as well. The staff was really friendly though! Showers and bathrooms, locker rooms were clean.

Experiencia fantástica: I love...love...love this gym. It is a old school gym. It has some of the best old machines. The new machines they have today have too many pulleys. So you are getting a lot of help when lifting. Th older machines also hold you in place, no cheating.

Experiencia fantástica: Great gym. First off: this place isn’t for everyone. This is mainly for serious weightlifters and bodybuilders. That said, if you’re committed to physical fitness or want to get stronger there’s no better place to lift in East Denver. They have unique equipment to help build your big three lifts and the members are kind and knowledgeable. The owner, Matt Rauzi, is one of the most knowledgeable strength coaches in the state. Membership is worth it just to train with him. If you’re a serious strength athlete, or want to become one this is the place for you.

Any interaction Ive had with the staff was pleasant. The boxing area is my favorite part. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because the mat at the boxing area was pretty dirty considering boxing is done without shoes. Other than that I've enjoyed everything about Colorado Pro Gym.

Experiencia fantástica: This is my go to gym, I train here 6 days a week! It's very quiet and friendly. Very cheap! Has great equipment for any goal or sport, they even have powerlifting and strongman stuff! Cool staff, the owner Matt is a good dude. Everyone is accepted, from beginners to serious athletes. They have a one week free trial, go check it out!

Experiencia negativa: I signed a month to month membership. When I cancelled they tried to come after me saying I signed a year contract which I did not do. They then sent me a fake collections document with a fake email address. The owner is extremely rude the handful of times I saw him there. Also Mary, the accountant, is unwilling to talk and just sends nasty fake letters to you. Attached is a screen shot of the fake email address they sent me. Bro, I signed up for a month to month contract. Anyway save yourself some stress and just go to Armbrust.

Experiencia negativa: Pros: 1. Other gym members are the best thing about this place. 2. Equipment Cons: 1. Some staff were rude and overall their accounting/finance dept is terrible. I had several issues with them including, getting charged 2 months after I had canceled and it took 3 calls/emails and to get it straightened out. 2. The water fountain was often gross and dirty and no one seemed to care. 3. Toilets were always broken 4. They will allow several trainers to conduct classes at one time - taking up a lot of equipment and it would become too crowded.
