Experiencia positiva: Used this gym for years do to significant price increase lack of equipment repairs. Equipment being out of service for over 30 days then being replaced with a completely different machine. Duct tape repairs on handles. I decided to move on to a new gym. I hope things can improve for the future.

Experiencia fantástica: Very complete gym. Wonderful space and equipment.

Experiencia fantástica: The outside can be deceiving as there is a ton of space inside. It's open 24/7, they have a smoothie bar, a sauna and more squat racks than you need. There is also a quieter space upstairs that I use for stretching and whatnot. Did I mention it's a 24 hour gym?

Experiencia fantástica: Great gym. 24 hr access if your a member. Iv never had the smoothly bar but it's a great addition a bonus for people. Maine lacks good gyms and this one definitely sticks out from the rest. They also always seem to he adding more space. I used to go when it was a quarter of the size. Now they have a large down stairs and upstairs area. They also offer massages. Definitely recommend anyone check it out. Prices are also affordable

Experiencia positiva: The gym selection is decent. If you’re into lifting it’s a solid place to get your workout in. The downside is that this is high school/college(?) hangout central apparently. So make sure to bring some good noise cancelling headphones so you don’t have to listen to a bunch of teenagers try to out bro eachother and make sure to give them plenty of space to take their selfie when you’re trying to use the mirror to watch your form. The staff here are also like, high schoolers and get paid to listen to music and talk to their friends and have their headphones in when you’re trying to ask questions about membership, so don’t expect them to be that helpful. The gym has the same usual bro vibe (girls that squat in their bras and borderline neon underwear next to the “please keep shirts on” sign and guys that spend more time gossiping about their "friends" in a circle than actually getting reps in) but still nonetheless you should be able to get your workout in, as long as rouge children aren't in your space while their parents are, who knows where in the gym. Price isn’t bad and it has 24/7 availability.

Experiencia positiva: A fairly good gym with clean accomodations and plenty of extra stuff like physical therapy and classes. There is a lack of equipment and anything they do have they really only have one of so if somebody else is using it you are out of luck. It is often too busy to even use on normal hours so unless you plan on waking up early or going in past 8 you may find it hard to have access to things you want or even be able to work out at all.

Experiencia fantástica: Reasonable, clean and accomodating! This gym lets you pay daily if visiting the area, which is a huge bonus for us travelers. Clean gym, great equipment, and showers available. They also have a custom smoothie bar!

Experiencia fantástica: Very friendly staff, very clean, and very accessible. Lots of machines and equipment for gym-goers. They have everything from cardio machines and weightlifting equipment to spin/cross-training classes and massages! Five stars.

Experiencia fantástica: I love coming here to get away from the winter blues! It's clean, Beau is the best guy, and I love the fact I can come here at 3 am or 9 pm to get away from my wife!

Experiencia fantástica: I went for Massage Therapy for two reasons: 1) Severe fibromyalgia, I was extremely stiff, tender and sore. 2) I had a huge knot in a muscle that would not release. Both issues were addressed and the knot disappeared! I went monthly for a massage (these were no salon type massages! These were sport injury type of healing massages)and over time the symptoms of the fibromyalgia lessened. I was extremely grateful. Highly recommended!
