The thought of starting CrossFit was intimidating, but the whole experience has been so welcoming, and now I see that any age and any fitness level can join and be welcomed and have a wonderful time and workout. Experiencia fantástica: Having had little physical activity in many years, I was somewhat sure I'd die. However Rachel's guidance and support has given me the confidence to keep pushing myself. Class participants range from rookies like me to advanced with everyone supporting each other no matter their fitness level.

Experiencia fantástica: Dropped in to Crossfit 196 for a Saturday wod while in Maine for my son’s hockey tournament. Amazing gym.....most friendly owner and members. Clean, super organized space,and plenty of parking. Upstairs bathrooms and showers.....this gym is maintained so well. I had a fantastic experience and if I am ever back in lewiston, I would absolutely drop into this box again!! ‍♀️

The facility has lots of different equipment to choose from, access to showers, and plenty of parking. Really just a great place to work out, it’s like having a second framily.
