All people and bodies need and are entitled to get the same equal attention no matter if they are new to the gym or experts. Not being able to do a class because of fear that you cannot do it is my specialty! Modifications are ALWAYS available and if we need to get tough thats my "Let’s bring it on!!!" moment during my clients walk through life. As our bodies change so to does the workout. My gym is small, personal and equipped with everything needed to help everyone with every type of body and flexible payment plans...no one turned away because of finances.
