Experiencia fantástica: While visiting the area for work I was pleased to see that there was a place to train near the hotel I was at. I reached out about doing a drop in for one of their multiple grappling classes. The response was prompt and very friendly providing me with all the information I would need to get to the correct location. All the staff from the gym and the martial arts side of the house were very welcoming and friendly. I got great rounds in with very technical and friendly training partners. If you're in the area and are looking for a place to train martial arts or to work out I can't recommend this facility more.

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve taken my daughter to a couple MMA gyms & am very happy with PEAK MMA. Not only are the classes affordable, but the coaches (and owners) are very involved & enthusiastic with the kids. There’s always several coaches working with the kids at all times & they’re all very accommodating to different skill levels. The environment is super positive & just fun overall. The adult kickboxing classes are also really fun & I enjoyed doing them when I had free time. Definitely a good work out & you will not be disappointed!!

I have since moved away from kent to burien, but continue to make the commute because coach mike and coach cass are incredibly loyal and caring mentors. I wouldn't trust anyone else to train me, as much as I trust them.

Experiencia fantástica: In all my years of training and being in multiple gyms, I truly found a home with Peak MMA & Fitness. Not only is the staff professional, they take care of their competitors, and those who just want to learn for any reason. They treat everyone like family in and out of the gym and are community builders. I've found brotherhood and friendship with Peak. As for the classes, you'll learn how to throw hands with the best of them as well as diving into the mechanics and philosophy of BJJ. Mix in a couple of strength and conditioning classes to help with your physical performance and you have an all around experience. Truly one of the best places I've ever trained. I think anyone who's been here would agree. Peak takes care of their fighters.

Experiencia fantástica: As a family we are thoroughly impressed with our experience here. We don’t easily trust organizations with our kids but feel certain they are in good hands here at Peak. The instruction comes from very experienced knowledgeable staff. The family atmosphere is careful yet challenging for the kids. Even in the adult classes I’ve taken myself, I’ve found the staff to be able to challenge/instruct at all levels across all disciplines. Highly recommend!

I’ve trained at a lot of places and have never felt more welcome and like part of a family than at Peak. My daughter trains here too and the kids program is absolutely amazing as well! Experiencia fantástica: We visited a few other schools for jiu-jitsu and when we came to Peak we knew this would be the best option for our kids. My kids love their coaches and the sport so much and we can see why. The coaches are the kindest, devoted and best at what they do. Their integrity shows in their person and in their coaching and we couldn't be happier that our kids have such great role models and coaches in their lives. The cost for classes at Peak is very affordable, you can tell they care more about their students and the sport rather than money. Experiencia fantástica: Peak MMA & Fitness has been the best place for my physical and mental health. The owners are extremely passionate and never stop encouraging me to strive for greatness. It's a locally owned business which makes me happy to support. They offer kids classes and have many opportunities to workout throughout the week. Mike and Cass have always been so amazing to the group and I would've ever change my workout place. I highly recommend these guys for anyone starting at any level.

Experiencia negativa: The training was OK, from the perspective if a trained martial artist. It definitely is not work $200 a month however. I had to rate this place a 1 star because of their concentration on money rather than actual martial arts. They get you into a corner of the building and talk really fast, then have you sign a contract that doesn't even allow you to back out of it. I even cancelled my member ship and was still billed for 4 months after I followed their directions to request my cancellation 30 days in advance. Don't train here, EVER. Yes, the staff are really nice by the way, but the way this phony "martial arts" is set up to put you in debt jist to keep them above water is snakish and bad business.

It is amazing to feel a lot lighter than I was 6 weeks ago! You can hit the best workout in less than1 hour. Also, workouts are developed specifically for every level. For example, if you can't jump, just do "step, step", but you will fire every single muscle in your body on the level where you are at! You'll also get a lot support on your diet - from grocery list to recipe ideas! Overall, best place and real results! "If you are tired of starting over, then stop giving up" - so start today, and never give up!

But the weight loss is only part of what I got from it....I got back my zest for life and my joy of doing something just for me! I am getting my confidence back to go with the new body, plus I am learning how to keep myself healthy. Mike is an amazing coach! Cass is amazing at offering support and guidance.

The workouts are challenging, yet to much for anyone to do a variation. They are interested in your life changes as well as your physical health. The 6 weeks flew by, and the weight melted away! Experiencia fantástica: I did the 6 week program with these guys and let me tell you I LOVED IT!!! I didn't meet my goal weight mainly because I didn't stick to the diet but the workouts where amazing. The strength and conditioning classes are super structured and easy to follow. Mike stays with you the whole training session! But you leave so sore from here! I gained so much by doing this and it gave me the energy to keep going!!! If you are thinking of joining, just do it! Trust me it will be the best money spent here!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Holy shizballs if you want an amazing workout with awesome coaching, go here. My son started a couple weeks ago and has so much fun and the coaches are great with the kids- but don't mess around. I decided to try it and I have a whole new respect for MMA fighters. I lift weights five days a week and do hot yoga 2-4 times a week and I puked halfway through the class lol. Such an intense, fun workout with attentive instruction and supportive athletes. So impressed, I'll be going back for sure
