Experiencia positiva: It's nice that it's 24 hours. Problem is they close early on saturday and sunday. The locker eoom is nasty with limoted showers and stalls. When equipment breaks it takes forever to get fixed. The olipticals break too easy and slide around if you go too hard. But it's affordable and you get what you need.

Experiencia fantástica: My boys take various classes here and love it. The instructors are awesome. They have judo, karate, wrestling, kickboxing, boxing, jiu jitsu.

Experiencia fantástica: I love this gym so much that even when I relocate to Seattle I'll continue going to one nearest me. The environment is nice and I love the amount of exercise stations they have. Not to mention the heavy bags. Good love the heavy bag sessions!

Experiencia positiva: Updated review after spending 6 months here. I go mostly M-F after work. The gym itself is fine and the staff seems pretty friendly and helpful. Has plenty of free weights and cable machines for those of us that don’t enjoy relying on machines and the turf area is great for a variety of workouts that require more space and warming up. Only reasons I didn’t make it a 5-star rating is because the equipment is a little out of date and they really need a few more benches and racks. When this place gets busy, generally 5-6pm Mon-Thur, it can be really tough to get a bench or a rack. I also don’t understand why there’s two class areas and one might be hosting a drum practice session. Personally, I’d like to see the owner combine the spaces and use one to open up more general floor space. Get us an extra pair of squat racks and flat benches and I think that would go a long way in easing congestion. And why the good Rogue equipment is tucked into a classroom that doesn’t seem to ever use those plates is weird to me. It’s time to update the bars as many are worn and some are bent from not being replaced for years. If this doesn’t get updated I might eventually jump to another gym because I don’t want to hunt for plates and fight bent bars to keep them on my back when squatting. I’d gladly pay a couple extra dollars a month if it meant the owner would invest more into this gym. It’s a good location and I’d enjoy continuing to go here for the foreseeable future if the attention is given and equipment stays updated. Other recommendation: invest more in the childcare area. It’s pretty small for kiddos when it gets busy. When my son comes to visit I don’t like skipping my gym sessions and he does okay as a 5 YO here but it’s pretty cramped. The staff there are great though.

Experiencia negativa: Tried to bring in a guest with my Gold membership, worker didn't let because my guest didn't bring his id even tho the id was showed the previous time my guest came with me. Worker ended up kicking my guest out. Went to La fitness where the staff didn't ask any extra questions and were really kind.

Experiencia negativa: This review is solely based on the kids club: we've had mixed experiences with the kids club at different locations. The staff at the Auburn location are not attentive; they don't look up from their phones to acknowledge parents dropping off or picking up their children. It's a stark contrast to the Puyallup location, where the staff are always welcoming, know everyone by name, and greet you with a smile. The difference in service is quite noticeable.

The instructors for the many classes are attentive and always approach and instruct each student on their level of skill and ability. Even the other patrons are friendly and helpful. If you are looking to get in shape and be healthier, definitely check this place out, you won't be disappointed! AAAA+++

I would highly recommend it to all levels of entry, whether you’re experienced with the gym, or perhaps someone new looking to learn the ropes. The gym is very family friendly, and the staff are all very welcoming and helpful. The gym is always clean, has an upbeat vibe, and promotes a comfortable environment. Plus, it’s more affordable than most. I would highly recommend this gym.

Experiencia fantástica: Love this gym due to having all the things you need! Plus there’s so many so you don’t have to wait too long to use everything. Ari and Aaron who helped me check in were great. They are fast to get you checked in and helpful when I had questions.

Experiencia negativa: They are NOT a 24/7 gym as advertised. They only monitor one entrance (so kids on skateboards can come through the other entrance), they have ONE(!) stall in the men's restroom, no paper towels in the restroom, and they don't take proper care of equipment. Not as big of a deal but speaks volumes about the gym; they've mounted numerous TVs with only 2 that are on for members. Makes you wonder about the fees you pay as a member. EDIT: UFC Fit is far better bang for your buck!

Experiencia negativa: Today the director of fitness quest auburn gym poked my twin and I on the shoulder and attempted to speak to us. Can someone tell this guy to leave us alone???!!!! Just weird ! Nobody come to the gym to be poked or spoken to. We just want to workout in peace and leave quietly. Damn !

She has such great energy and makes me feel comfortable in my skin. no pressure or criticism. shes helpful with ideas and solutions that are built for me and that is awesome! I wish there was more female trainers like her, because I know that not all woman want a male trainer. woman trainers are needed!!!

Experiencia negativa: Today the fitness director came and started poking my sister and I trying to make small talk. We do not know his name. Why won’t he leave us alone? We just want to workout without being touched or bothered.

Experiencia negativa: I’ve been going to this gym since January of 2024, about 4 months. The gym is great but the director tends to bother me and my twin a lot during our time at the gym. We wish he would not speak to us. Also, today my car got towed in the morning. I parked in the same spot for 4 months but all sudden - today , the director comes up to us and says our car is being towed. Why did this happen? There were 5 cars to the right of mine. I asked the security why he didn’t call tow on the other cars next to mine and he just drives off. I called and security hangs up on me. I just went back to take a picture of where I park to prove that people ALWAYS park on the ramp and do not get towed or bothered . Just not fair. If you want to tow my car, tow the other cars too. Make it make sense.

Experiencia negativa: I am an introvert person and the fitness director here makes me very uncomfortable often approaching me to talk. One time he hugged me and it was very uncomfortable and unwanted. I have seen many vehicles get towed and yet people continue parking on the ramp and those cars don’t get towed despite no parking signs which is unfair to others who got towed and paid that 400$ fee. Beautiful gym, more professionalism please!

The space is big, the machines are always clean and up to date, and the employees are so kind and friendly. The overall energy with all the members is also great. Making friends here is very easy. Really fun place to be! I would highly recommend this gym to most people.

Very nice, welcoming atmosphere. The owner Tommy is very friendly and willing to take care of your needs.

Experiencia positiva: I go only at night and I love it. Only thing is that I keep seeing that they don't seem to really clean the sauna. You would think they would clean it weekly. I've coming to this gym for about 3 months and it looks the same every time I come. I will come and give 5 stars when I see it clean for sure.

Experiencia positiva: I used to like this gym....was working on getting my body back postpartum. However, they changed their policies on bringing babies in strollers to the gym and now you either have to pay $19 a month on top of your platinum membership for kids club (which is only on weekday mornings until 1) or not bring your child to the gym. It doesn't work for me as a working mom and student. I think the child free crowd will be happy but they will lose a lot of clients who are parents of babies! Also they plan on taking our annual fee and monthly fee out before letting us cancel. The owner is supposedly Christian but business practices say otherwise. EDIT: They reached out to make it right with us by not charging us the fees and making sure we were happy. We understand why they changed the policy, and are glad they have empathized with us and made it right. I have always liked this gym and it's great if you go there enough to make the money worth it. It's a bit expensive but honestly the best in the area. Maybe will return someday! Thank you guys

I never even been to the State of Washington - not even close. Never even heard of this place until I seen it on my bank statement.

Massive amounts of programs for KIDS, I got three free sessions with a trainer just for signing up, my sales guy were Marcell and Tommy…they did everything to make me feel welcome and get my family of 5 started!! Experiencia negativa: I inquired about a membership they harassed me daily. Text me call me email me for months. I join the gym because my gf said she was going to join. She went and didn’t like it so I tried to cancel my membership that I never used or even went to the gym. I call them to cancel my unused 15 minute old membership, they say they will have a manager call me back. It’s been 2 days! They hound me for months daily then when I need them to call me the completely ignore me. I’d never go to this gym unless it’s to cancel my membership in person, seems like I’ll have to do that. I don’t recommend the gym simply based off customer service. They just want you $20 after they get it, it’s efffyoouuuu!!

Experiencia positiva: Decent gym, price is a bit high (maybe I’m spoiled being used to Utah gyms, where you pay 10-12 a month a get all the amenities) but overall they have everything you need. Doesn’t get too crowded as long as you come outside of the busy evening hours 6-9 ish. Main problem is that the music they play is HORRENDOUS. Good heavens. Turn the music off for once. We all listen to music on our headphones anyway and sometimes people just want silence. Let them choose what they want to listen to instead of blasting Miley Cyrus at unearthly levels. Reading other reviews, it seems like plenty of others feel the same way. Second, fix the shower in the men’s room! There’s only one shower and I’ve had to wait forever to shower before work. There’s another shower stall that I’m told is getting fixed, but it’s been that way for the last 2 months or so since I’ve been here A couple tweaks and FQ will be my gym of choice

Experiencia positiva: This was my second time in this gym. As a member of FQ (Puyallup), I stopped in as I had some time and found disappointment in the lack of bathroom stalls in the ladies. There is only 2, and going to other locations this is not enough for women will find themselves having to wait to use it, and for as big as this gym is, you'd think there would be more bathroom stalls. Also, found this location to not be as welcoming as the Puyallup location.

Experiencia positiva: Have been coming here for more than a year now. I love that there are 7 power racks in there. Employees are also generally very friendly. The $50 referral bonuses are nice but sometimes you have to bug them about emailing it to you and it was tricky activating at first.

Experiencia fantástica: Simply one of the best gyms in the region. I have been to 3 locations, 2 in Puyallup and the main gym in Auburn. Huge fan of all three. The staff has always been kind. I had Cameron, one of the MMA trainers sign me up along with Tommy. Daniel is also one of the best personal trainers in there. Have been going here for nearly 3 years consistently and am currently in the best shape of my life. Great updated equipment, along with a vast array of machines and a MMA section.

Experiencia negativa: This gym has a serious maintenance issue. Broken showers off and on for over a year, water fountains broken, no replacement of benches in the locker room when one breaks. Staff is nice.

Experiencia positiva: Overall a pretty good gym. I go at 4am, and there are very few people. It is clean, and people mostly clean up after themselves. Members are respectful , at least the ones I've seen or interacted with. There are always tons of cardio equipment available, stair climber, treadmill, bikes, etc. There are a decent amount of weight machines and free weights, depending on your exercise of choice. Locker room is clean, and showers are clean. Always lockers available. 2 flat benches, 2 inline benches, 1 suicide bench. Technically, you can set up more bench presses in the squat racks if you can find a free bench (usually not hard) Cons: It is not really 24 hours, but close. They are closed Saturday and Sunday night (8pm), which is fine for my splits, but might not be for others. They would probably benefit from another chest fly machine, I saw a lot of people line up to use it, and I opt to use a different machine instead. Only 1 45° leg press, another machine I see people waiting for every once in a while. There are plenty of alternatives available for this, unless you want to push really heavy weight. Sometimes it can be a little tricky to track down plates, especially the more busy it gets. The music can be a little loud for some people, but I am able to drown it out with my headphones. Usually, the music they play isn't bad either, just not my "workout music". I would appreciate it if I forgot my headphones one day. The water filters on the drinking fountain do go out pretty regularly.

Size- 5 stars Trainer Daniel- 5 stars Equipment -4 stars (could use a couple more key machines) Sauna 2 stars (way too small and not regulated. Temps can be a healthy 200 or a crazy 235+) Locker Room-2 stars (not very clean and only one stall) Music -0 star (In a time where most people wear earbuds, why does the music have to be so loud that I can't drown it out with mine. Not to mention, it's just garbage music at that. Really need to create a more positive workout atmosphere with that aspect) Over all extra amenities-4 stars Price -4 stars

This used to be something I looked forward to in the mornings but the mens showers for my partner have been down for over a month and when asked when they are going to get fixed it’s always a “ not my problem” attitude when answered. So what? We are suppose to pay but since he can’t shower before work, he doesn’t go but you still want us to pay? Well if we are paying for a membership It’s 100 % YOUR problem. The blatant disregard for your customers is disguising. DO NOT GO HERE ! They obviously do not care about their customers.

Ended up leaving and am now in the search for another place to try. Bummer, looks like it had potential

Experiencia negativa: Pesimo cuidado de niños!!! Los que estan al cuidado de niños y bebes solo se la llevan en el celular, hoy deje a mi bebe en cuidado mientras hacia ejersicio,mi bebe se quedo sin llorar!!! La persona que recibio a mi bebe nisiquiera lo quiso cojer en los brazos!! No pudimos meter la carreola ya que mi bebe tiene 7 meses y aun no camina es logico,entonces le pregunte donde pondrian a mi bebe y me ofrecio un bouncer le dije que estaba bien, cuando quisimos poner al bebe miramos que estaba super sucio,no fue nisiquiera de limpiarlo o acomodarlo para el bebe. Ok lo deje al cuidado, pero antes de eso les deje la pañalera con agua,Gerber y algunos juguetes, despues de 35 minutos le marcan a mi esposo varias veces que fuera por el bebe que por que no paraba de llorar, me da un coraje que nisiquiera trataron de calmar al bebe,no lo cargaron, no le dieron agua o un juguete de los de la pañalera!!! Mi esposo fue por el bebe en medio de clases,y no le dieron explicacion de que fue lo que paso,de porque estaba llorando. Si estas personas no estan capacitadas para cuidado de bebes y niños no deverian estar trabajando en eso!!! Es muy delicado el cuidado de niños y bebes. No es posible que pagues por cuidado de tu bebe y no Sean capaces de atenderlo!!! Estoy muy disgustada por lo que hicieron, no se si fue algo de racismo por que cuando mi esposo fue por nuestro bebe una mujer estaba con una niña Blanca en Brazos que nisiquiera estaba molesta o llorando, miestras que mi bebe estaba solo en el bouncer y desatendido!!! Estoy muy indignada con esto que hicieron. Desde el primer dia notamos Como descuidan a los bebes una mujer estaba en el cuidado,pero estaba centada bien quitada de la pena en el celular!!! Y los bebes desatendidos.

Experiencia positiva: The gym by itself is really cool, but MAN I’ve never seen so many attention seeking f-boys under one roof. Like go get a workout and stop worrying about trying to look cool/tough in front of everyone lol.

Experiencia positiva: It’s okay but not the best. All what they care about is how much money can they get out of you. Also the freezing rule only for one month which is not good if you want to go back to school or if you trying to take a brake.

Experiencia positiva: I love this gym but today not so much.. i wasted gas getting there just to realize the staff wasn’t there the time they were suppose to. At 5 Am. So I decided to wait 15 minutes and nothing so I decided to go back home and cry about missing gains.

Experiencia positiva: Friendly staff. They have Friendly trainers and some trainers that are knowledgeable. People at the child watch they are awesome, Love the way coach Lala at MMA is with my son, very patient.

The only concern is that i think they can definitely get more weight lifting machines like bench press and incline press when compared to the 20-30 treadmills and stairclimbers they have they only have 3 benchpress and 2 incline. Overall great Place

Experiencia positiva: I've been going here for years. I love the place. Lots of people that work out there are the real deal and just let you do your thing. They have good equipment and lots of space. Lately they've been overrun with teens not sure I'd want my significant other to go there if they had to put up with that all the time. But this could be a passing thing.
