Experiencia fantástica: Highly recommend! I was welcomed into the community on my first class, and every class has been equal parts challenging and rewarding. I am newer to yoga, and the teachers and students are very nice and help me along the way. I learn something new every class, and look forward to the next one!

Experiencia fantástica: 5:00pm Auburn class was hot and challenging. Lots of balance and strength work. I've got some work to do to keep up. Good value! Fast forward 8 months. My fitness level has improved a bunch since coming here, but even more important to me is how friendly and welcoming this community is. EWY is like a second family to me now. Andrea, Scott, Hannah, Chris, Melissa, Raquel, Desi, Annette - thank you, you are such gifted teachers. I know I left some instructors names off, but that's just because I haven't taken classes from everybody. There are too many names of friends I have made at EWY to list, but you know who you are

The hot yoga classes are a personal favorite, pushing you to your limits and leaving you feeling amazing afterward. Experiencia fantástica: Great family atmosphere, a community type of feeling. All Classes are heated up to about 93 to 95 degrees. Hot class just means less flow and movement more static poses. Each instructor teaches their own class design which compared to the corporate cookie cutter every class is the same, is much better for enhanced results. I am coming up on my 3rd year with EWY, love it, and lifer for it.

Experiencia negativa: This place is nice enough studio-wise, but Owner was extremely rude to me on the phone when I asked him about my Groupon. Finally got it worked out and tried a class where the older lady taught in Roseville. REALLY LIKED IT! I live closer to Auburn though and found out the nights she taught there. Went to one of the classes she was supposed to be teaching and found a man teaching it, who litterally tried to kill us! It was like boot camp and I thought I would pass out. I don't appreciate a calm yoga class being so extreme, maybe some do, but I pick my class based on the instructor for a reason.... This happened twice and I never went back. Don't plan to either.

Experiencia fantástica: Wonderful place. The instructor was very inviting and helpful. Several members welcomed me and unlike some yoga studios, they were friendly and didn't take it all to seriously. After class started of course they did their thing but its nice to feel like as a newbie you aren't intruding on a club of people that all know each other. Great place for new comers and veterans alike.
