Experiencia fantástica: Cameron is an awesome trainer and person. He is up on nutrition his classes are fun great workouts. He is a keeper for sure. Also James is a great class instructor and person. I had Paige as a personal trainer and she is great very knowledgeable. The gym is clean, great equipment, great classes. Everyone there is soo helpful. I always recommend Lifestyle.

Experiencia positiva: This is the best gym in the Auburn area; however, the owner has let the gym go. He clearly does not prioritize gym maintenance, cleanliness, or his gym staff. All of the trainers are AMAZING and clearly deserve more respect and pay. Hopefully the owner realizes he needs to focus more attention on the gym or else he will lose members.

Experiencia positiva: Overall a great place to work out, with plenty of space, machines, free weights & stations, so rare wait times even during peak after works hours! Recently, a couple of their weight station machines need regular lubrication and can be loud to the point of distraction, but vast majority of time everything works fine.

Experiencia fantástica: Having Paige as my professional trainer has made all the difference in my experience with Lifestyle - she's smart, caring and goes well beyond jthe needed routines - she enables me to adopt them correctly as means to being fit and healthy.

Experiencia positiva: I would like to use the weights but I am a 68 year old woman and I feel funny working out with all the young men that take over that area. They are all nice, but I feel uncomfortable.

Experiencia fantástica: Carrie has been my daughter, Ashley’s, personal trainer , coming up on 6 years in June. Ashley is 35 and has special needs. Not only has Carrie found a special place in her heart for Ashley, she has taken her physical strength and well being to another level. Ashley is always so excited to workout with Miss Carrie. Thank you, beautiful, gorgeous and amazing Carrie for loving and growing Miss Ashley!

Experiencia negativa: Sorry I made mistakes. I've never used this place. But did stop buy. The place needs to be sanitized everyday,including the equipment should be cleaned after each use. Bathrooms and showers are not being cleaned correctly.

Experiencia fantástica: Lifestyle Gym is a fantastic fitness spot, deserving of a solid five stars! The key fob access allows for early morning workouts, making it incredibly convenient. With doors opening at 3 AM and closing at 11 PM, it's a come-and-go-as-you-please setup. The facility is impressively clean, and equipment is consistently operational. Planning your visit around peak hours is key, especially around 8 AM and 9 AM when it gets busier. The gym offers full men's and women's locker rooms with showers, a spin room, an aerobics room, free weights, regular equipment, and a plethora of treadmills. Highly recommended for a well-rounded fitness experience!

Experiencia fantástica: Dropped in this week while visiting Auburn. Needed a place with free weights and found lifestyle gym through a google search. Absolutely loved the place and the entire staff who made me feel part of their fit family for my 3 days of 2 hour sessions. Highly recommend this facility and team to help with your fitness goals. Experiencia fantástica: I work out here all the time the staff is great and helpful Jamie and Paige are awesome instructors. They have everything thing you can think of except for a pool CrossFit, cardio, strength training great all around!!

Experiencia negativa: Staff is the best staff around and the gym carries the essentials to do really any workout. However, the place rarely, if ever, gets cleaned. Showers are absolutely disgusting and growing allege and has had a used band-aid on the soap dispenser for a week now. Treadmills have sweat caked on them as if they never get wiped down or cleaned. And the floor where the gym equipment hits the mat has a pile of gunk in them (which I understand can be hard to get to, but I've never seen any one try.) I believe the owner lives at the gym and you would think more care would go into the cleaning. If this place incorporated a cleaning service or cleaned it themselves I would change this rating and actually recommend it.

Experiencia fantástica: Great value and has every kind of rope, medicine-ball, bar, machine, or kettlebell one could ever ask for. I dig it. I don’t do the classes, but they definitely look awesome, creative, and well coached.

Experiencia fantástica: Best gym in Auburn, CA that I've worked out at! Jessy the owner is very helpful and his staff is so nice. They knew my name after the third time I went into the gym! Definitely need to take their classes because they are fun and you will meet great people.

They have great helpful staff and the trainers are very good and very knowledgeable about helping you reach your goals. The owner is always there interacting with everyone and making sure the gym is operating at a 100%

Experiencia fantástica: I love the senior Forever Fit classes. They provide a fun, effective and doable work out. The instructors are very knowledgeable and up beat. I also appreciate how clean, spacious and friendly the gym is.

Experiencia negativa: Recently the owner, Jessy Owen, has instituted extended hours for the gym with access provided with the purchase of a key card. The concept seemed straight and simple with the signs displayed and speaking with several staff members about the extended hours access. Both failed to convey that hours that were accessible with a regular membership, are now limited to the upgraded key card access. With these restricted block periods in effect throughout the day, you are almost forced to pay the fee to upgrade your membership. Without warning of these restrictions, the key card price also rises each month for no apparent reason. Customers are left to feel the deceit, even casually expressing dissatisfaction inside of his gym. With the knowledge of his inflated consulting fees with the South Yuba Club franchise and now this deceptive tactic at his own gym, it is sadly becoming apparent that money is a priority over his customers. Become a member here at your own risk, with the expectation that rates will continue to rise and more unethical business practices to be employed.

Experiencia fantástica: I absolutely love this gym and their staff. They offer a wide variety of classes including kickboxing, TRX, zumba and spin. Their new spin room is incredible!! The staff all have great energy and are wonderful to work with.
