Experiencia fantástica: Gorgeous brand new studio location upgrade opened in May 2024. Seriously the cleanest and nicest space I’ve practiced in CNY. Tons of easy free parking and an amazing tea cafe in the lobby. Caters to folks who are newer to yoga and focuses on the health benefits with simple 1 hour classes. Classes are slower paced and easy for all levels to follow. Instructors are trauma-informed and give you lots of options. They offer yin & restorative classes as well. If you have a friend who thinks yoga is too spiritual for them, this is a good place to start with no chanting, no yogic philosophy, and no Sanskrit words to learn. The 2 weeks unlimited for $25 is an unbeatable new student special. Most studios charge more. Sign up on Mindbody before you come to save time.

Experiencia fantástica: Great smoothies and customer service! Atmosphere was very peaceful and relaxing. Love that they are sustainability-aware and have things like cups made of recycled material and paper straws. Would definitely recommend!!
