Experiencia fantástica: This is a fantastic academy. Everyone is very welcoming and treat you like family. I had to travel to Auburn for a couple months and they took me in like I'd been there for years. It's a bit intimidating when you're entering a new academy because some gyms can have a poor environment where people are just trying to murder each other in sparring and there's a kill or be killed mentality, NOT HERE THOUGH! It's all about learning and progressing together. I even had the opportunity to help coach some of the kids classes like I do at my own academy back home. Great place to be at any age or stage of your JiuJitsu journey!

If youre looking for exercise, competition, or the ring theres a spot for you. The coaches and people at flow became family. You will not be disappointed by joining this gym. This facility has catapulted the Genesee Mall to possibly the best mall in all of Auburn. You can learn BJJ, drink the best beer in the world, and take chicks out for ice cream all in one convenient location!
