Experiencia positiva: They advertise that the pool and gym Area is 21+ on both the websites and signage Leading up to and around The pool. Walked in and it Was filled with kids. The girl at the desk said “the no kids thing is ‘ not true ‘ and had An attitude when we asked why it’s advertised that way. Why advertise it then?! Cloudy water and no Where to sit. I didn’t get it and struggled To even find a seat on the deck. Didn’t even go in

Experiencia negativa: The pool being 21+ really puts a damper on future vacations. It was the only activity in the whole building the kids had real access to. One of us would watch the kids while the other could gamble in the casino. Then switch. Now we're stuck in the room. It's bad enough no one has renovated the jacuzzi's or sauna in YEARS. Down hill.

Experiencia positiva: The pool was nice but it was crowded no place to sit people saving seats and not in pool area this shouldn’t be allowed if you leave the pool area they should let someone else use the chairs just to be considerate for others since it is a small area

Experiencia negativa: I never saw a pool. They advertise a pool, than you go to swim, and they tell you that it's not open during the week. Why advertise. There's no lifeguard so why can't it stay open.
