Experiencia fantástica: Other than wishing for longer hours, great gym. The machines (old school and well-known bodybuilding variations) were great as well as the different rooms - calisthenics, weightlifting/powerlifting, general open space. Great find and for a $10 day pass, it can’t be beat!

I was extremely impressed with how they kicked out a rude customer trying to bypass paying a low reasonable weekly gym pass fee. Will continue to come back every time I am down for work!!

Experiencia fantástica: Bathroom and equipment is clean. The owner is always there. If he’s not doing any personal training he’s interacting with the members. After every conversation I’ve learned something new about fitness or I’m laughing. Great place well worth your time and money.

Experiencia fantástica: For sure the best Gym in Jax. Staff are polite. Never to busy to get on the equipment you need. Equipment is always working unlike alot of Gyms with broken equipment. Also noticed the clients at this gym are serious. Not alot of people looking in the mirror taking selfies. Just people getting healthy and lifting. REALLY lifting.

Experiencia fantástica: Tons of useful equipment and expert trainers. Some good old-school machines and new twists on some other machines. Good atmosphere and great hours.. Plus, there's not a single 35-lb plate in the gym!

Experiencia negativa: Terrible gym with an even more terrible atmosphere; replete with roided-out, agressive, smelly "powerlifters" who cannot properly digest their protein powder. These ogre's run the gym. One of them was doing supersets with at least THREE machines AND using the most popular curl bar (40lbs). When I told him that was bad gym etiquette and proceeded to use the curl bar anyway he started stalking me around the gym. I told the manager and she 100% sided with him and saw no fault in what he was doing. She childish responded "well, you do supersets too!". I do do supersets with mutliple peices of equiptment, but if someone starts using the equipment that I'm not currently on, I understand that I have ZERO right to hog all that equipment and I let the other person use it no questions asked.

Experiencia positiva: Make sure you bring headphones! If you’re a music purist your ears will bleed, 80% of time they are playing terrible Hip hop, pop, Rock n roll EDM mashup remixes that aren’t even good. The other 20% they’re playing actual original music that I actually enjoy, not that tik tok bs The equipment is decent, I wish they had an outdoor option but it seems like they’re working on it. Bathroom is a little ancient too But the gym is nice overall and the workers(not the manager) seems to be a bit awkward and give off a don’t talk to me vibe but that’s just my experience.

Experiencia fantástica: Best gym in Jax! I worked out here for nearly 2 years and can say without a doubt this is the best gym I have ever been to. The staff was always friendly and willing to help, and there is an abundance of great equipment to use for all kinds of personal fitness training methods.

Experiencia fantástica: Hands down best staff and gym. Everyone there (especially the employees) are extremely enthusiastic about bettering the mind and body. Don’t believe me? Go ask Roberto (the owner) about body recomping, fasting, hot/cold contrast exposure. Questions about how to keep your knees from caving in during squats? Ask Courtney (the personal trainer) which exercises will contribute to strengthening those muscles. Overall, everyone is friendly and supportive and sometimes there is a dog so that is a +.

Experiencia fantástica: Best gym in Jax! Don’t waste your time and money at one of those big chain gyms that have basic equipment. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Facility is clean and the equipment is always in working condition. Would highly recommend you cancel any membership you have at any other gym and join FLEX!

Experiencia positiva: Good gym more geared to gaining muscle. There carido section sucks, and they need to turn there AC temp down , or put up fans or somthing, its way too hot in there !!!!!!!

Experiencia fantástica: If you're looking for a gym that has plenty of squat racks, benches, Olympic platforms, and is almost never busy at night, you'll like this gym. Depending on who's working, the playlist on the stereo can be hit or miss, but bad music never stopped a gym from being good.

Experiencia positiva: By far the best power lifting gym I've been to while in Jacksonville. Amazing professional and caring staff, and clean and plentiful equipment to use. Sadly had to stop my membership due to the distance it from my place and work, but would gladly rejoin if I were closer to that area!

Experiencia fantástica: This is my church. No MEATHEAD buzzers and a great environment. This is my favorite gym I've been a part of. After being here two years it is like a little family. Just be consistent. Hack squat machine Body Fat Measurement Machine(like Bodpod) Personal Trainers that are actually in the game Clean home like bathrooms with showers Strength room!! I love this place.

I have to say hands down this is the nicest gym in Jacksonville! 100% best equipment and the gym is kept very clean! I love it is not over crowed either so you can actually go in and get a workout done!

Experiencia fantástica: I was like a kid in a candy store. So much to offer and you Just can't fit in all the fun in one gym session. A must see location, have to experience for yourself.

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent equipment, genuinely nice people, comfortable atmosphere, and it's never too busy even when I go after work (whereas most other gyms are overrun past 5PM.) The location is very convenient as well given I get right on/off the highway which is one light away.

Experiencia fantástica: Hands down the best gym for strength training in town!!! I've been working out here for a little over a year and not once have I had to wait for a bench or a power rack. Most of FLEX's space is dedicated to free weights, cable machines and isolation machines and there is a lot of hardware that you won't find anywhere else in Jax. There's also a small stretch of astroturf and a yard for prowler sleds and tractor tires. The staff are professional, friendly and and very helpful. I only wish they had a sauna, but that's minor gripe compared to all else you get from this gym.

Experiencia fantástica: This place is the best commercial gym in Jacksonville FL. It has actual strength training equipment (monolith, belt squat, bumper plates, tires, sleds, and no shortage of squat racks), and room to actually use the toys and lift. Something other commercial gyms can't seem to understand, just because there is 8 Sq. Ft of empty floor space doesn't mean you have to stick yet another redundant machine in it that will rarely get used. But I digress. Yes, you can actual weightlift (Olympic) here and drop the bar because common sense, and bumpers. Something my old gym wouldn't let me do unless I could lower the bar softly (WITH BUMPERS!). trying to lower a max snatch is just asking for a tweak or tear. Because there is actual legit real strength equipment, the patrons are all pretty serious about their training and are more intelligent, courteous, and aware...which is almost impossible to come by in all the commercial (globo) gyms I've been in. The staff is cool AF too, which helps, because there are no stupid rules (usually caused by idiot patrons and most gyms).
