Experiencia negativa: Booked a class in Atlantic station unit, and there was no info that they moved

Experiencia negativa: I’ve been trying to cancel my account for months to no avail - I’ve emailed them multiple times, and called, but no answer, and yet they continue to charge me. Don’t sign up - it’s the worst!

Experiencia negativa: Today is January 5 2024 do not come to this gym I came at 6.00am because of the email they sent out. It say arrive 30 min email early.

Experiencia negativa: Used to love this place, not sure what’s happening now but they are barely a functioning business at this point. Gyms never open, can’t even get anyone on the phone to cancel my account. Money Mayweather needs to put some money into this location

Experiencia negativa: Coach Low is the only reason people still show up at the gym. He is the heart & soul of this place! It’s the management of the gym that is absolutely appalling - not cleaning the place, not paying their water bills, NOT PAYING THEIR EMPLOYEES!! PAY YOUR FREAKING EMPLOYEES!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Mayweather Decatur is an awesome gym filled with the BEST trainers. They are so supportive and encouraging. They are invested in the community to make it better. They enthusiastically hosted my kid’s Girl Scout troop to the gym so they could earn their fineness badge. Really a special place!

Experiencia fantástica: Who needs a gym membership when you can take up boxing! Everyone is so welcoming and the energy of the trainers are great. I like the directions on the screen, so that you don't get lost in the mix. Not only do you box, they mix in a little cardio or weights into the workouts too! I like when the trainers practice with you individually on the pads. That's a great opportunity to explain the proper techniques. The price is extremely fair for the type of instruction you're getting from quality trainers. You'll burn a whole lot of calories while getting a great high energy workout every class!

Experiencia negativa: Showed up for a trial class 30 min earlier as per email instruction. The gym was closed. Waited for 10 min in the sun and no ones showed up. The email instructions said that if you do not show up for the trial class 25 min prior, you have to reschedule. Later on I talked to the rude front desk lady on the phone who had a lot of attitude. This place will absolutely never see me again. Do not waste your time.

Experiencia fantástica: I love Mayweather Boxing & Fitness. I have been attending the classes for over a year. I particularly enjoy Donald Paden's class. He is personable, professional, knowledgeable, and caring. His classes are outstanding!! Plus, I have lost over 15 lbs!!!

Additionally, the activity and exercise knowledge of the trainers are essential to rotating through the stations. Finally, I love the way trainers provide personalized attention and "spotting" to all participants during the class session.

Coach I'd a former champ so of course he's extremely knowledgeable; but also patient, humble, joyful, worked well individually with each person and the group group a whole, and mindful and observant. Not only a person can benefit from it physically, many can benefit from the mental and emotional aspect as well. Also, boxing is not boring and keeps you FULLY engaged.

Experiencia fantástica: I've been a member at this gym since it opened last year. The staff members are very cool and personable. They have excellent trainers who really love what they do. They have set classes at various hours throughout the day. They also have open gym hours if you want to come and get some work in on your own or get one on one training with one of the trainers. The morning classes are great to attend if you are someone who would prefer smaller more intimate classes. The afternoon classes typically have more attendees if you are someone looking to attend classes with more people. All in all, this location is always open to new ideas that their customers may have. They really treat you like family. Honestly don't have anything negative to say about this location.

I've notice a significant change in my body and overall fitness since starting there this past June. Coach Lefty, Pete, Gary, LaTrell, Kinni, and Erika are awesome! The entire front staff is awesome

Experiencia fantástica: incredibly warm and AWESOME staff. I took a class and was shocked that it's more than just boxing. They have weights, heavy ropes, skill mill (new age treadmills), all the boxing bags and even rowers. It's circuit training. I couldn't believe how amazing it was and the trainers felt like personal trainer and not a group trainer. I'd totally recommend this to everyone. Can't wait to go back.

Experiencia negativa: They somehow signed me up for a contract in October, they opened in like March and promptly started taking $99 a month. Also it goes to collections if you refuse to pay. I had ONE prior phone call and I promise she mentioned nothing about signing me up for a Gym that wasn’t even open yet, don’t even know how my card was compromised I had to cancel it. At this point I’ve called several times and talked to several different people and they have a very “Gotcha!” Type of business going on. Not surprising for a boxing gym, not surprising for one sponsored by Mayweather, but you can’t even talk on the phone to these people without being scammed. Now I’m stuck in a 3 month contract in a gym I’ve never set foot in or planned to

Experiencia fantástica: Omg I canceled my membership, due to personal finances, but got it back. I’ll work it out!! I love this place and trainers/staff are amazing!! They’re super personable, motivating, and positive!!! I’ll never join another gym.
