Experiencia fantástica: I'm not affiliated with the hospital in any way, but the location is convenient and the price is fair. Tons of classes an amenities available throughout the day including Vinyasa yoga, TRX, and pilates. Can reserve a lane to swim and free towels. Has squat rack and treadmills. There's no vibes in here, if you're looking for loud motivating music or scenic views or dark lighting this is not your place.

Experiencia fantástica: I have recently used this club. The staff works extremely hard to make you welcome and to help take care of your needs. The equipment and facilities are extremely clean and provide adequate space for very good workouts. You will be welcome here!

Experiencia fantástica: Clean facility. My only wish is that there was more than 1 family restroom. They are strict about parents bringing opposite sex children regardless of their age into the regular shower areas. If your going to have this rule than the accommodations have to match. The facility has children's swimming lessons and it is challenging to get children showered before their lessons with only one family restroom/shower.

Experiencia positiva: Love the facility! Friendly staff, great equipment, spacious. I do not understand masks IN the pool/IN the water but the benefits of the pool therapy outweigh the inconvenience.

Experiencia positiva: Very nice facility with ample covered parking. Placement of equipment was a little tight my preferences. I personally don't enjoy other perspiring bodies or their sweat touching mine when I work out. A wider and clearly marked pathway throughout the various floors would be nice for first time visitors, wheelchair and mobility aide users, and for safely exiting building in case of fire.

Experiencia positiva: I'm a swimmer, so their pool is a big draw. 5 lanes for lap swimmers and water aerobics classes 6 days a week at good times for both retirees and working folk. Dressing room is nice and 5 showers mean less waiting. They offer a number of other classes, such as yoga, Zumba and heart healthy workouts. They have gated covered parking which is nice. HOWEVER, their decision to make the large 1st floor workout area with a good number of machines, free weights etc., to a basketball court and cram the workout area upstairs was extremely ill-advised. Very uncomfortable and often hard to get the machines and/or free weights that you want during your workout routine. Also, they are NOT a Silver Sneakers location.

Experiencia fantástica: In this day of covid, getting back to fitness is both beneficial and scary. But I wanted to relieve everyones tepidness to return to what I consider the best Fitness center in the city....on safety and cleanliness. This gym is uber clean and protocols from the time you enter the front door to the time you exit your workout is worry free.The staff has taken pristine effort to keep everyone informed and confident that every measure has been taken for your safety. From staggering open machines, cleaning every used apparatus on the hour and situating sanitizing stations throughout the facility and making sure temps are taken upon entering. Great job

Experiencia fantástica: Guys. This place is phenomenal. Great people, great equipment, classes for anything you could want, even towels and showers so you can go before work. The trainers are extremely helpful if you have a question or need advice. Just generally a great place to go to get your exercise, no matter what you need.
