Experiencia fantástica: Three reasons I love Impact and have become an addicted regular again after a few years away post-covid: 1. The workouts are intense while accommodating growth for varied fitness level. 2. Instructors are friendly and focus keenly on form/technique (especially Grace!). If you just pay attention and follow along, improvement almost happens by itself. 3. Each class seems to complement every other. Combining kickboxing classes with foam rolling or 'fusion training' sessions is giving me whole-body benefits in both strength and mobility.

Experiencia fantástica: The Roll & Release class was excellent! I felt looser and more mobile after the session, and I learned a lot about how to stretch, roll, and release on my own. I appreciated how Instructor Tammy gave all the participants individual attention, providing tips to each person to help us all maximize the benefit of the different exercises; she also helped everyone modify the techniques as appropriate for our particular physiology, injuries, or trouble spots. I'm looking forward to the next class!

Experiencia fantástica: Ive been coming here about a year and a half. I love it here. All of the instructors are amazing and have different techniques. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. I had my first kickboxing experience in this studio for a month 7 years ago, they pretty much taught me everything I know. You're guaranteed a really good workout and also learn some self-defense, can't go wrong!

Experiencia fantástica: I completely recommend IMPACT Kickboxing! Going to classes was a wonderful highlight of a month I spent staying with family in the area. The instructors I had were so helpful and welcoming (Erik, Erika, Jinnia, Grace, and Kenny) and fellow students and front desk staff were kind and motivated. There is a warm and fun atmosphere in the studio and classes were engaging, challenging, and went by quickly! I improved my form, got stronger, and enjoyed a sense of community during my month at IMPACT. I would definitely get a membership if I were staying in town, it's a great place!

Experiencia negativa: This was my first time trying out boxing, and they expected me to spend almost $60 on a pair of gloves. Which boxing place doesn’t have gloves to rent/borrow? Someone trying it out for the first time would not want to shell out that much money to just try it out.

Experiencia fantástica: The staff was great, the facilities are very clean and they guide you through the process. I will def be back! Wish there were classes that start after the beginning courses. Signing up for drop in sessions. Excited!

I came here from ILKB and was looking for a friendly, approachable environment that would encourage me to keep coming back and it has far exceeded expectations. The staff is awesome, really friendly and very knowledgeable. There is also a great variation in the classes when you box on bags and also do partner work. It is appropriate for all skill levels. It has made exercise fun and challenging! Thank you all for helping me get on track in my journey. You all rock!

Experiencia fantástica: I booked Impact for a private aerial class for a bachelorette party, and it was such a fun experience! Laura, Tammy, and Susan were super attentive and made sure everything was safe and fun. They helped us get photos, kept it accessible for all levels, and were very inclusive. None of us had any aerial experience, but we all had a great time!

Experiencia fantástica: I went to their first class after reopening and they are doing a great job at making the class safe, but still impactful. everyone was well spaced out, and working on a single bag that was cleaned between classes. They also kept the intensity high and gave the same great workouts they've always done.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been a regular to impact kickboxing fitness for several months now. The classes are engaging and fun. In addition to the instructors, the assistants make the class more fun. A special shout out to Mike who makes sure I go the extra mile to maintain posture and limit 'cheating'.

Experiencia positiva: It was really nice having Clint to help me and the other newbies. There is alot to learn and I still don't have it all. It was my first class. It is an excellent cardio work out- you will sweat!! It is also a great stress reliever while punching the bags! If you are new, I definitely recommend taking a class that has an assistant so you can ask questions and get extra help. I was tired afterwards but in a relieved way!

Experiencia fantástica: Amazing workout and instructors. Great for newbies like myself or those who are more experienced. Morning classes are small so you can get 1-1 attention. Not intimidating at all. Be prepared to sweat. I also love the partner work and occasional TRX. Consistently something I look forward to. And this is coming from someone that never looks forward to working out.

Experiencia fantástica: Love this place! Teachers are great and you'll always get your ass kicked. There's a lot of bags and you won't have a problem finding a spot. The teachers walk around and help you out if you're lost. Good energy, good people.
