We first met to help with my fitness goals of getting toned and lean for my wedding and she helped me achieve that. Laura is not any trainer. She is experienced and gifted at doing what she loves. She is great at helping you with your form so less injuries and building great habits for years to come. She is a great motivator and will always tell you as it is. Her exercises are never the same. She is amazing at improvising and building your program that helps fit your goals. I love working out with Laura. You will need to be flexible with your schedule in working with her but she's worth it.

With Laura, I learned so many different techniques for training different muscles groups with right combinations and at the right time. She has more than 25 years of personal training experience and is certainly one of the best in the area. In addition, I genuinely enjoyed casual conversations with her and her positive energy.
