Experiencia fantástica: Love being able to start early at 5am. Clean and plenty of equipment to not have to wait. Friendly staff and super bonus of being so close to my shop .

Experiencia negativa: I hate Athens they made me pay $120 to them when my membership was cancelled and I no longer went there because I “owed money” when I didn’t.

Experiencia fantástica: It's a great bang for dollar. A good amount of equipment. Staff is very nice and kind and definitely physically fit. And the people that go here are kind. The workout classes I haven't been to yet but I hear that they will definitely make You burn. Still an awesome gym. People are very kind and leave to your workout. Early morning is the best time to go.

Experiencia negativa: The club is okay, but they make it more difficult than necessary to cancel my membership, even though I was on a month to month contract. I don’t appreciate being made to jump through hoops for a simple membership termination. I will not be returning in the future due to how they made the termination process more difficult and inconvenient than necessary.

Experiencia fantástica: I just started my membership, but the staff has been super welcoming. The facility and equipment are in good shape and I am excited about joining a new fitness community. First impressions, 5 stars!

Experiencia negativa: This is by far the worst gym I have ever been to in my life, no wonder they don't offer a free trial day or they'd probably have no members aside from high schoolers and they know it. Not enough equipment because they have way too many members (cheapest gym in the area) and way too little space for them all (they should have a waitlist but clearly they only see dollar signs) so then when you try to find space in the work out/basketball area there are always a ton of middle/high school kids and you get hit with the basketballs as you're trying to work out. The gym speaker music is way too loud that I can hear it through my noise eliminating headphones, this place is a nightmare and they close at 6 Saturday's and 4pm on Sundays... come on!!! Such a poorly run place.

Experiencia negativa: Have to cancel membership in person. Went in person twice and called online. Their failing managers can’t seem to terminate my account months after requesting.

Experiencia positiva: Great equipment, good sized gym, good atmosphere, friendly staff. Only real drawback is the operating times are on the low side. Weekends it closes pretty early while weekdays are the standard in the industry. It's only an issue for people who get off work later than normal (like me) but overall I'm satisfied with the gym.

Experiencia positiva: As a gym, this place does the job. Probably the best value gym in Eldersburg/Sykesville. People are generally nice and it's always a good sign when you see the same people here over the years. As a facility, this place is pretty gross. They really need to invest in some routine deep cleaning. Also, don't expect much help from the front desk staff. Pretty sure they are only trained to vacuum and fold towels.

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been to many gyms, and this one is definitely special. Such a great environment for training hard, while laughing and keeping it light at the same time. They have all the equipment one would need to get a fantastic workout no matter a person’s fitness level. The members are also very kind and always willing to offer advice if you need it. My favorite gym of all time.

Experiencia negativa: College and high school members BEWARE! Worked out a few months here before headed back to college in WV. Cancelled my membership – the way I was told - but they continued to charge me – for 6 months!!! Had no record of the cancel they said. How about I specifically say in an email "CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP PLEASE" - as I am 150 miles away at school! Nope - they had to have a piece of paper :) When they couldn’t charge my credit card any longer they still ran up charges – and then turned them over to a collection agency! Seriously?!?! BAD, bad business here. What happened to ethics and decency? Just do the right thing! They didn't. That almighty dollar $$$. Too many other good gyms in the area to put up with this kind of unethical and uncaring business. Shop around, much better choices available!!

Experiencia fantástica: This is a gym with a friendly atmosphere, convenient location, and great instructors. If you're looking for a large gym this is not for you, but I find I get plenty of guidance from our instructors. It surely meets my needs.

Experiencia negativa: Just plain BAD. Don't get sick, almost die, send a cancellation letter to quit your contact. I followed all the rules & get calls all the time. No one EVER came to see if everything was okay. I wasn't I muscle body builder. Older people who want to keep in shape get no attention ❗️ I really thought they were better than that.
