I'm not one who commits to exercising easily but Amani makes working out fun and challenging.Thankfully he has modified workout options that gives the same great results, so you can choose what's best for your physical ability. I saw results on my physical appearance and my mental health. Amani's workouts are a fun way to tone up and De-stress from a stressful day!

Experiencia fantástica: Amani at Premier Fitness RVA is amazing. No matter what level of fitness you are he has a workout for everyone. He has modified exercises for people that have troubles with their legs, back etc. I just had back surgery but hope to get back in the new year.
