Experiencia fantástica: Great workout! I’ve done many types of workouts. I just finished up a year and a half at CrossFit. I loved it there but the workouts just did not make my body feel good. I’m 48 and feeling it sometimes. I’m so glad a friend told me about Ashland’s F45. The owner Nicole has been great and the workouts have been challenging but not crazy taxing on my body. In and out in 45 min…feeling good for the rest of the day.

The owner Nicole is onsite everyday and with her team of trainers, they provide exceptional coaching. If your workouts at a normal gym are getting boring or if you need a jumpstart to your fitness, I highly recommend F45 and specifically this new Ashland location. You will not be disappointed.
