Experiencia negativa: I was called for a fitness challenge which I was very interested in because I've gotten way out of shape and I've been doing with a lot lately and my health issues are forcing me and I also want to get back in shape and feel better about myself and out my half out and when I went in for my appointment I pushed the button 10 times the 1st time and then turned around and left and then came back about 20 minutes later pushed the button again called the number for Kyle I'll and I could see people on the phone downstairs in the Venice area and nobody answered my calls I left a message nobody even gave me feedback and I was there for an appointment a scheduled appointment So so much for my fitness challenge

Such a clean, welcoming environment with tons of membership options - gym membership, group classes, nutritional counseling, and personal training. Steve and his trainers provide various options to meet the needs and abilities of all of their clients. I'm proud to work out here with some of the best trainers in the Rogue Valley. There's a reason they were recently named the favorite gym in Medford. I highly recommend them!

Experiencia fantástica: There is no other place that I would train. The equipment is well maintained, the pricing is reasonable, the atmosphere is inspiring, but best of all is the TRAINERS! I have worked with Sarah for sometime now and she is skilled at what she does. She knows how the body performs, she motivates and challenges you. I worked with Steve in the beginning and he is great too, for all the same reasons. I haven't worked with the other trainers but I have seen them instructing other members and everyone there is professional and qualified. I would recommend Aspire to beginners and athletes alike.
