Experiencia fantástica: This is an awesome gym! The owners were very friendly and welcoming. The open gym concept is just genius. I was here for 2 days and the gym has a huge selection of equipment. As an early riser, I like that I can go straight into the gym. Also, the place is super clean. If you are wanting a great place to workout, this is the place. If I am ever back in the area, I will definitely be back. P.S, as I don't like to post my real name on these forum. So the owners know I am real, I bought a shirt that says, pick things up, put things down.

Experiencia fantástica: This gym has quality equipment for Crossfit and Weightlifting training without having to be on a class schedule which is very convenient. The community and owners are also quality people I enjoy working out with!

Experiencia fantástica: I love NCOG! Very welcoming staff, all of the squat racks and cardio machines I want to use, great atmosphere! The staff even helped me troubleshoot the gym stereo over the phone one time when I was at the gym late. I travel a lot and this is my favorite gym by far! Perfect for weight lifting and CrossFit type workouts.

Experiencia fantástica: Exactly what I needed to start and build my practice. The owners and members have been great accommodating a new feature to their space (me using the office). Easy entry, great equipment, very relaxed space for you to create your own workout, work with a trainer, or follow the great programming offered.

Experiencia fantástica: Incredible space. Was able to go over today for the first time while traveling and LOVED the entire setup. Super clean. Spacious. Brand new equipment. I love the open gym concept. Every time I am traveling it’s hard to find a CrossFit that has open gym so I can do my normal programming. I ended up meeting the owners, Katie, Ray and Stacey, and they were super friendly and helpful. If you are in the Asheville area I highly recommend! Thanks!

Experiencia fantástica: I was in town for spring break and needed a place to train. I found that most places with open gym hours that didn't work with my normal schedule (5am-ish). The 24 hour access really drew me in. The gym has has all the equipment that you need for strength training or crossfit. I really loved the open space to move around and complete my training. As a home gym athlete, I do not belong to a gym. If I did, it would be a gym like NCOG. Thanks to NCOG for hosting me for the week!

Experiencia fantástica: The PERFECT spot! I was able to do all of my programming because this facility has everything you need. They also have a workout on the board if you need some inspiration as well. Katie was an above and beyond gym owner/host. She was incredibly welcoming in person and took the time to email me to make sure that I could get into the gym. Not to mention, it’s always a plus when you see the owner cleaning the gym. I’ll definitely be back!

Experiencia fantástica: Incredible space! The staff and the member are all so welcoming making this a safe and encouraging environment to workout in. They make you feel like part of the community from day 1. The owners are also very approachable and happy to work with you. Definitely one of my favorite places to workout in Asheville, not to mention they are dog friendly and open 24/7.

Experiencia fantástica: This place is AWESOME! I was in the Asheville area for a few weeks and looking for a place to get a little strength training. I don't typically do CrossFit training, but this wasn't an issue at all. The open gym concept was awesome, and I was able to go in and still do my normal routines with no issue. They had lots of equipment, and I was able to do all the barbell workouts that I normally do. I even joined in on a routine during their annual Hero day, and it kicked my butt. It was not required, but it was a fun (and exhausting) experience. The owners, Katie, Ray, and Stacey were super welcoming and very helpful. Thank you all for the wonderful experience and hospitality during the past few weeks. I will definitely be looking you up again next time I am in the area!

As much as I love dropping into new Crossfit spaces while traveling, sometimes you want to do your own thing or follow your own programming. This is the place for it!! Experiencia fantástica: Awesome training facility, clean and versatile. I can go in anytime without worry of interrupting a class or other training group and get my fitness in. I don’t have to worry about being late due to WNC traffic or otherwise. All the equipment I need for functional fitness is provided and the owners are constantly assessing future needs for the members. They even have resources for individuals to take advantage of personalized training if thats what they want. I couldn’t be happier to have NCOG fulfilling my fitness needs.

Experiencia fantástica: Nice, open space with a box feel and a welcoming atmosphere. Very inclusive to your workout needs but also provides programming that you can jump in on! Hot times seem to be early morning around 6am and in the afternoon between 4pm-6pm. Also—dog friendly!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Great weightlifting/CrossFit gym in the Arden/Asheville area. Pros: reasonable rates, long operating hours, open gym concept. Cons: none. If I’m ever back in the area I would definitely buy more day passes.
