Experiencia fantástica: This is the greatest gym around. The atmosphere in here is amazing. I wanted a gym that allowed 24 hour access. What I found was much more than that. It has everything you could want and everyone here is serious about their training. The owner Rob is excellent he goes above and beyond to make sure the gym runs smoothly and all the equipment is maintained well. I look forward to continuing training here. If you enjoy weight lifting in a great atmosphere where training is your top priority I would highly recommend it.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been weight lifting for about a year and a half now, and I have definitely experienced a multitude of different gyms. Pearl Street Gym is the only gym that I feel completely comfortable in as a woman. Not only is the environment incredible, but the vintage-style bodybuilding gym features images of BOTH male and female weight lifters. On top of the environment, the gym is full of supportive individuals who never seem to judge anyone, but are willing to push you if you ask for it. The gym itself is extremely nice and features a plethora of varied equipment. To top it all off, Rob will occasionally bring his dog in, who is the cutest giant sweetheart ever.

Experiencia fantástica: By far the best gym I've been to in New Jersey. -24/7 gym access via a smartphone app -Every piece of equipment you need to get a full workout. -Multiple dumbbells for each weight. -Plenty of space to do your workout. -Free weights, cable weights, cardio machines -Tons of plates. No shortage of barbell clips. -I've never had an issue finding parking. I'm very glad to have found this gym. The membership is cheaper than other gyms in the area (most of which aren't open 24/7) and there aren't any hidden fees.

Experiencia fantástica: Rob Kordo is friendly and helpful. 24/7 access. Not small. Environment is great and motivating for anyone that doesn’t want distractions and just wants to work out. Multiple cable machines, cardio machines, free-weight bars, dumbbells, squat racks, hack squats, plate loaded machines, pin loaded machines, etc. I visited this gym in 2017 for a seminar and all the new changes now are awesome.

Experiencia fantástica: From the outside you may not notice how big the gym is until you walk in the door. Two floors of weights and training equipment. Brand new treadmills. May not look as pretty as Gold's Gym with juice bars and other stuff but you are coming to work out, not to a spa to be pampered! You want to get a good sweat with minimal hassle, then Pearl Street Gym is for you. Super popular Spinning Class (probably one of the best on the NJ shore) several Martial Arts options such as Aikido and Jiu-Jitsu (Japanese) and Afro Brazilian Capoeira classes are offered on the 2nd floor. There is also massage available on the 2nd floor as well. I think that this gym is no-nonsense, everyone is respectful (even amidst the grunting of weightlifters) and the owner Rob is a really great guy. Join this gym... you would be glad you did!

Experiencia fantástica: Best gym at the Jersey Shore. Great equipment, not too crowded but not empty. Make sure you call ahead as talk to Rob before joining. Rob runs the best gym atmosphere for everyone. Meme bets are great everyone puts their weights back so it’s always easy to find weights and the layout is great. Can’t wait to come back to the shore and use this gym again.

Experiencia fantástica: I definitely loved this gym, from the equipment down to the atmosphere but the prices went up and harder for me to afford..... I was born and raised in LB and this was my #1 gym hands down. I’ve tried Golds gym, WOW, Retro, Primo Built and nothing compares to Pearl!!!!!! I wish they would bring the prices down for the loyal customers.

Experiencia fantástica: Having tried every gym, pearl street was where I stopped. It has everything you could need for a true workout as well as duplicates of all machines, benches, dumb bells, machine and cable attachments allowing you to get every muscles intended. Not only is the gym itself great but the people as well, you will quickly feel like family!

Experiencia negativa: The absolute WORST GYM EVER! Place is dirty no weights and owner is a jerk! My first day there the owner aproched me and started cussing and calling me a free loader when his employee gave me a guest card to workout. Very disrespectful to me for no reason. Would NOT recommend this gym to anyone the owner Needs mental help.

Experiencia fantástica: This is the best gym I've ever been a member of ! It's a modern gym with that touch of old school hard core Training! This is a must for anyone serious about training!

Experiencia negativa: This club is filthy. It reeks unprofessionalism, more importantly, members are treated poorly. The owner (who goes by the name of "Rob") has anger issues, is unapproachable, and is quick to snap at his members. He is a cheapskate bully and during the summer, refuses to turn on the air, so make sure you bring a personal mini fan to accompany your workout. There are no showers, and beware, the bathrooms are unsanitary. He promotes a revolving-door fitness class program; in one day, and out the next. In addition, promotes "great, unique equipment" but can be found in any other common health facility. No Pearl, smells like rotten clams.
