Experiencia fantástica: Very impressed with the head coach and environment. This is a real martial arts gym that will help you grow if you want to. Kids, adults, teens , whoever - when you come here, you will learn more about yourself than ever before. No doubt saying it’s a Legit non-cultish gym. I signed up day one even with me going to another gym now while paying more for both. So Coach Steven and coach Kathryn, ya’ll deserve way more, I am excited for the future of the gym/community.

Experiencia fantástica: I can't attest to their training, but today at my wife's competition, she asked Steve and Kathryn (sp? Sorry) if they could help coach as her coaches could not attend the tournament. They were super supportive, helped her warm up and coached her to a Gold and Silver medal. Can't thank you enough for going out of your way, in between your own fights Kathryn, and Steve literally running from mat to mat to help someone you didn't know even 2 hours earlier. Thank you so much, we appreciate all you did today.

Experiencia fantástica: Gym provides extremely quick 1 on 1 coaching during training. Clean open air facility, great cage, and opportunity for competitions regularly. Can't say anything bad about this gym.

Experiencia negativa: Although this gym covers multiple classes and goes "hard", there is a lack of discipline and fine detail of skill. Whether if that is with the jiu jitsu, boxing, or/and muay thai. This lack of discipline is the same reason one of their semi-professional fighters kicked me right on the knee while I was practicing switch kicks at a light tempo for the first time and tore my ACL. Owner has solid intentions but needs work on their coaching technique (pre-instruction cues, addressing different learning styles, explaining critical elements of skills, not using a Constraints-led approach to coaching).

Experiencia fantástica: A family owned and operated fight gym with focused training for athletes at any level. Classes include BJJ, wrestling, boxing, Muay Thai, and MMA. You should come here if you’re serious about improving your life.

There are several pro MMA, striking, and grappling competitors/coaches here who can help get you started if you've always been interested in martial arts, or to the next level if you feel stagnant where you are. If you want to compete, this is the spot to be. And even if you just want to get a great workout in while having a good time with the team, check it out. There are cardio and fitness classes, plus a full weight room, for those who just want to shake up their fitness environment.

All the people are very friendly & willing to help with any questions you have regarding technique or anything else . It makes coming in the first time a comfortable visit . Experiencia fantástica: I can't say enough GREAT things about this gym! I absolutely LOVE this place! Classes for all experience levels. Experienced and knowledgeable coaches. Great training programs for any level of fitness goals. They have an amazing kids program with a great record of success at local jiu jitsu tournaments. For those looking to make fighting or MMA a career this place has great training partners and athletes from the UFC, Bellator, LFA, PFL, and BKKC training in here on a regular basis. This is one of the BEST places in Northern Colorado to train. At any level.

Best of all, this kickboxing gym isn't just about coming in to get your cardio in. If you have questions about your stance or if you're doing something right they will help you fix all that. They will even help you with any goals you may have for weightloss by providing you with suggestions. Every class is different, and every class will leave you exhausted and sweaty!
