Experiencia fantástica: I just joined this location and I can't wait to go every morning. The coaches are helpful and fun and make the work out that much better by offering tips and modifications. I love that you get a different work out every day. 10/10 recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: I absolutely love this gym! Its the first time I've enjoyed working out and a gym experience. Typically I join a traditional gym and go walk on a treadmill for 30 min, have no clue what to do with the weights, and maybe do a couple machines. Boring, lonely, and honestly, didn't see a lot of progress towards strengthening or weight loss. My experience at F45 has been totally different. The community and group workout aspect makes it a lot of fun. The workouts are incredibily varied, challenging and fun. The coaches were great about giving me modifications at the beginning as I was building up strength and endurance. The coaches are so valuable, because not only do you get a ready- made, amazing workout, but you get encouragement, pointers, and someone watching your form along the way. Its the first time I've enjoyed going to a gym. I'm seeing and feeling results in my body, and I'm excited to keep going.

Experiencia negativa: I have been to other F45 locations before and absolutely loved the workouts and coaches. At this particular location, I was creeped out by how touchy some of the coaches are to patrons and each other. I expressed my discomfort to the owner and she just dismissed me after charging me a whole $200 to finish out my contract. A total waste of money.

Experiencia fantástica: I have attended three F45 locations near Denver/Arvada and this one is my favorite. I drive an extra 15 minutes to go to this location because it offers a midday class which isn't offered at all studios. Also, this location is very clean and organized. Definitely recommend going here

Experiencia fantástica: EXCELLENT WORKOUT! I have not felt this good about working out in a long time. I am becoming an addict for consistency with these workouts, hitting 5 workouts per week. The class timing is perfect and the workout programming is intense. I workout hard, sweat hard, and bask in the past workout endorphins. I just finished my workout and am already looking forward to my next workout. F45 North Arvada is a great community and has an atmosphere that truly allows you to just get in to the gym, have fun, workout hard, and move on with your day. I HIGHLY recommend F45 North Arvada.

Experiencia fantástica: Training at F45 North Arvada has been great. Since they opened, the coaches are beyond encouraging. It is always very difficult for me to find a workout and studio that I like to go back again and get a membership... but F45 North Arvada has done that! I like the variety of workouts and class times as well. Lastly, the management team makes a point to build a community- such as happy hours and donation days - so that you know and feel comfortable with everyone!

The challenges are a great push to keep going and push even harder everyday. I am happy to say that I am one of the OG members, since the new amazing studio opened up. Every single class that I have attended has been a great challenge, with lots of modifications available. I feel very accomplished after each class, just 45min out of a busy day makes a big difference. The coaches are all great, they help when needed, are all very positive and make the environment so fun. Dance breaks are the best and remind us to have fun with it :)

I appreciate that the "competitive" side to this gym is just with yourself and how hard you are willing to push your own body. The separate strength and cardio days allow you to reach your goals quicker by planning what type of workouts you need to focus on. Highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: I love F45 workouts since I was introduce when living in Virginia. Now that I live in this area I was excited to join the new studio. Being new to the area it is great to workout with coaches and other members who are all welcoming and encouraging to keep pushing yourself to achieve your goals.

Experiencia fantástica: I've always loved F45 since I was introduced to it in 2019 through a free workout at the Boulder studio! I was super excited when this studio opened up in my neck of the woods. The trainers have all been very enthusiastic and motivating. I really like the boot camp, station format with screens demonstrating each exercise for each station so I don't have to guess on proper form, what I'm doing, etc. The workouts so far have been a good pace with lots of room for modification, up or down in difficulty. Good sized studio with a garage door at the back for ventilation on nice days. The trainers all have had been attentive to cleaning the equipment regularly. Most of the clientele have been fun and easy going. I'm looking forward to more workouts here and (hopefully) shedding my quarantine weight.
