Experiencia fantástica: Army Captain here visiting family- Tom & Jeff were extremely welcoming and accommodating for day passes. Was an Extremely clean facility, and had every piece of equipment you should need for beginner through advanced levels of fitness and weight training. Highly recommend.

Experiencia negativa: I agree with the Jacob they are shading. I asked to freeze my membership and they did for one whole month which was June mo money came out of my account and because of that month my membership agreement was extended for three more months!!! How fair is that??? I have proof that in May and July money came out from my bank. Bank statements show it. I’m currently on disability and limited income but hay yeah let’s take her money. I sent photos of the bank statement. Don’t deal with these guys it is not worth it. You didn’t charge me for ONE MONTH that’s ALL. THANKS

Experiencia negativa: This place is filthy. Looks like it never seen a cleaning a day in its life. The bathrooms walls and equipment . Just tear it all down and start over. I wish I would have taken pictures based on the response below.

Experiencia fantástica: I travel often for work and have been to quite a few Anytime locations around the country. This location is one of the cleanest I have seen. It also has newer and well maintained equipment. Great owner and staff. Highly recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: The gym was great, for the space the gym has it was easy to workout in. The parking is shared with other stores but should not be a problem. The gym was clean, it felt safe, and the equipment was clean. The restrooms were very clean and had a chair in them. I know that sound odd but I travel across country and some gyms do not have one and it is very hard to put your bag down some where in the shower. It's the little things that I notice . If I come back through here I am coming back to workout here.

Experiencia negativa: One of the shadiest businesses I’ve ever dealt with. I should have known when they didn’t accept a credit card and only ACH draft. I tried to cancel in person before I moved out of state and they denied me. Now I’ve been living in California for over a year getting ready to move again and I’m still getting charged from this company

Experiencia fantástica: If I can work out comfortably in this fitness center, then anyone can. Recovering from a bad fall 3 years ago. I was a bit nervous about trying to work out again, but this Anytime location is very comfortable for me. The equipment is great and the cleanliness is better than any other gym by far. I go during the day, so haven’t seen many people at one time.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been a member there for about a year now but have only now become extremely serious about it. I’ve been through a lot of changes in the last year that have not been pleasant, but I am now ready to come out of it and live again. I think that anytime fitness at Butler Hill is everything anybody could ever want. The equipment is there, the help and advice is there, All you have to do is apply it. Tom the manager, Jeff the owner, could not be more friendly and helpful. The place is always clean and straight. There is no one there showing off. There are people there that are seriously working toward their health and improvement of that. I am one of those people. I don’t have one complaint which is very unusual for me. Experiencia fantástica: Tom & Jeff were really great. Giving me a tour and showing everything the gym had to offer and were ready to answer all the questions I threw their way. Just overall great, professional experience and a well-stocked, clean, secure and friendly gym. Would recommend to anyone looking for a good atmosphere from staff and members. I don't visit during peak hours but even then, you don't find yourself waiting around for others to finish. Go for a visit if you're even thinking about it.

Experiencia fantástica: Amazing gym, Helpful atmosphere, as soon as you walk in, everyone speaks to eachother, says hi, knows you by your name (for regulars). Not too much traffic at all, every machine works, kept up and it is clean. Mostly everyone is compliant with cleaning off the machines after every use. Definitely has a small town gym feel!

Experiencia negativa: Just moved in the area, came up on a Friday at 3 to try and get signed up for a membership so I could get in over the weekend. Website says this location staffed from 10-6, trainer inside was only staff on duty and he could literally offer me zero help. Needless to say, I’ll drive two exits down and hit Xist. Thanks but no thanks.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been a member of Golds, Club Fitness, 24 Hour Fitness and have been to two other Anytime Fitness gyms (and once to an Xist as a friend)-Butler Hill Anytime Fitness has been my favorite so far. The gym is clean (manager is always going around and cleaning up the gym/bathrooms, putting weights/benches back), the staff is friendly - they always say hi with your name included, there is a great amount of free weights, cable/machine weights, classes/workout room, cardio and two showers, three bathrooms. If the staff sees/hears you struggling, they will offer to show you how to use something or show you tips to improve. Last week I forgot a shirt to workout in because I was running late to work. I asked to buy a ATF shirt and they only had small. The manager offered me his shirt that was clean in the back to use to work out in. Not only that, but also had ponytail holders in the office to use (which I replenished new my next visit). The only thing I would change is putting the squat rack right next to a mirror, other than that, it’s perfect! Before this I used to go to ATF in Olivette. I loved the manager, Pam, until she left and they replaced her with someone not so pleasant. Thankfully her transition out was the same time I moved, so I’m happy to have another manager/staff who is helpful and pleasant.

Experiencia fantástica: For me, this place is excellent. I travel a bit due to the job. My membership gains me access to other locations nation-wide. You will see a variety of value at each franchise location. This location is the best I have been to. The equipment is kept in great working order. Rush hour isn't really that bad. The showers/bathrooms are spotless. There are a wide variety of fitness levels. I lost 20lbs this year and entered a few 5Ks. Tom Wynne is there early and late to help with anything.

Experiencia fantástica: This is the best gym I’ve ever belonged to. It’s not intimidating and never overly crowded. Great exercise classes and the entire staff will know you by name. Personal trainer Brandi is fun, knowledgeable, and will put you through an intense work out that makes you feel great (and sore) when you finish!

Experiencia positiva: This is a good gym, all the necessary equipment, decent size, clean equipment and showers. They use precor equipment which isn't my favorite but it's relatively new so it's still good.

Experiencia fantástica: Came from out of town on business and came for the trial pass. Staff was awesome even though I was not signing up for a membership. During my trial was welcomed everyday like I was a regular. Equipment was in great working condition and bathrooms were extremely clean. A++

Experiencia fantástica: Greatest gym ever. Moderately priced, absolutely superb staff, great classes, and truly a judgement free little gym. Senior citizen members frequent here just as much as the fitness nuts and everyone, including every member, is so friendly. Love it.

Experiencia fantástica: This gym is the best you can find. It's small but very well equipped - treadmills and bikes, weight machines, free weights. The staff, though, makes all the difference. I have health problems which periodically keep me sedentary, and Jeff makes sure that my membership remains good. I know that the big companies would just say "...sorry, I can help who's next..." Such attention to members shows up in the completely non-judgmental atmosphere. There are old people and overweight people who would feel out of place at a gym where the muscleheads rule the scenery. There are very fit members (including the staff, who "eat their own cooking") but nobody feels out of place. Training is available if you want it, or you can just do what you want to do and the trainers don't bug you if you don't need them. All that, plus it is immaculately clean. That counts for a lot, too.

I read recently that sitting is the new cancer so whether you walk the dog, get out for a hike, ride a bike get up and start moving. I love this place when the weather is raining or cold Rodney

Experiencia negativa: Work relocation made it impossible to use facility or other facilities. Not willing to go to the one in my new town due to safety concerns. Understand I'm under contract but they were not willing to work with me at all to end my contract without just paying it off. Last time I ever do a gym that requires contract.

Experiencia fantástica: This was the cleanest Anytime Fitness I've ever had the pleasure of using. The staff were extremely helpful. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted and asked if I was new to this location. I was then given a quick tour and was welcomed to the club. Throughout my workout plan I came across a few new exercises that I wasn't sure how to perform with proper form or which machine was best to use, and Tom did a great job of outlining the pros and cons of each machine and gave me tips for my form. Overall I'm extremely impressed with the level of service, expertise and cleanliness. I plan to use this location for as long as my time here allows.
