Experiencia negativa: This facility tricked my 94 year old dad into signing two contracts, 2.5 weeks apart from each other. One contract was for 3 visits per week and the second contract was for 1 visit per week (for 6 months). They way they set him up, he is supposed to go the gym 4 times per week??? He was charged $540, twice per month, June and July. I discovered the charges on the second month and disputed them. This resulted in a partial refund of $540. Now I have to go find upper management of an enormous organization (Texas Health Resources) in order to show them what this facility has done. It is about money, but, it's also about integrity and how they are handling elderly. My dad had a total of 10 sessions (just under one month of sessions). Please save yourself and your elderly relatives, in Arlington, from being taken by these folks.

Experiencia positiva: Has changed operators a few times. Facility itself is still okay, equipment works, but be prepared to self guide your exercises. Don't expect a well trained staff.

Experiencia fantástica: It is a relatively small, but well equipped gym with a walking track and several classes of exercise and yoga. Friendly, helpful staff.
