Experiencia fantástica: So, I came to attend a womans Conference in Arlington, Texas. What caught my attention was the word law because I am a paralegal. I went in the gym and I noticed I was hearing Christian music, and I knew then I was in the right place. I paid $20.00 for the week. It was very clean, staff was very nice, showers were clean, and I had a great experience. God strategically sent me there becasue he knew exactly what I needed.

Experiencia fantástica: Came in with a friend yesterday, the facilities are really nice and at a good price. So I Came in the next day to sign up for a membership, everyone was so nice and gave me all the information I needed even the busy times so I can avoid the crowds if I really need!

And when I had to move, the cancellation process was super easy and they didn't hassle me at all- just sent them a quick email and it was taken care of. I couldn't recommend this place enough.

Experiencia positiva: When I renewed my membership the monthly rate was $5 and if I didn’t go my allotted times the fee was $15. I had commented to front desk about the price drop and that would help me. I was unable to go my first full month back and was charged $24.89 instead of the $15. $24.89 surely can’t be $15 plus tax!

Experiencia negativa: Edit: This Gym has high positive reviews because they give you 1 free month for giving them a positive review, and another free month if you take a fitness assessment from their personal trainers, who would then try to get you to sign up for their services. I've already cancelled my membership here after a month. This gym has been promoting their $5 a month fee for being active for 11 or more days. I signed up near the end of July and the associate told me August will be my free month since only 5 or so days are left in July and if I take the training assessment I would get an additional free month (Sept) even if I choose not to get a personal trainer afterwards. Idecline the assessment. A week later they charge the full annual fee of $54, Then on Sept 3rd they charged me the upper rate of $25 for August. I ask the guy at the front desk, after looking at membership on his screen, he agreed with me that the charge shouldn't have been there but says he doesn't have anyway he can do anything about it and gives me a slip of paper to call customer service. After multiple calls to customer service, several disconnections, I finally talk to someone who keeps telling me July was my free month and that I didn't have to pay Aug 1st, which was barely a week after I signed up. I repeated to her several times that if that were the case, I wouldn't have even signed up until the month was over and your own associate told me August was my free month. After I asked her to give me a refund she says she will have to pass the info to her manager, who is probably on lunch or has left early for the day and that I should expect a reply in 24-48hrs. Honestly I don't even think I will care what their reply is. This simple experience already has a bad taste in my mouth for this gym and I am not going to pay any cancellation fees, they've already charged me the full annual fee a week after registering and charged me for a month that was supposed to be free claiming my free month was the few days I had after signing up.

The atmosphere is motivating, the staff is friendly, and I've always found the available machines and weights to be top-notch. However, one area that could use improvement is the cleanliness of the bathrooms. At times, they can feel a bit neglected, which detracts from the overall experience. Additionally, depending on the time of day you visit, you might encounter some wait times for certain machines during peak hours, which can be frustrating when you're trying to stick to a workout routine. Despite these minor drawbacks, I still highly recommend Colaw for its excellent facilities and supportive community!

They are friendly and check on their customers, to me that is more than just doing their job, that is care and concern. I personally appreciate it because I went through two other gyms to get here and I got everything in one place, price, environment, care and Godliness. My favorite part is the hydro massage and massage chair where I get to reward myself for the hardwork. Destinee is the best , she is doing an amazing job

I’m very excited based off of first impressions alone. The restrooms and showers were also clean which is great!

Experiencia positiva: After working out here for around a month I have to say this is a quality gym. The equipment is great, the price is fair especially if you go enough to get the lower one, and the staff is great. There are a few issues I have run into that keep me from giving 5 stars. In the weight area, people leave their weights on after they finish making it hard to tell if the bench or bar rack is free. I’ve run into a few instances where groups will crowd equipment or just sit on unused machines nearby while their friends finish so they can go, this is less of a major issue and more of a nitpick. Finally, there are some machines and equipment that need attention or repair such as the chest press machines not having the smaller weight adjustment pin so it is impossible to get the exact weight needed under 10 lbs increments and some of the handles for the cable area need some TLC in the form of either cleaning because of rust or just need replacement. Other than that this is a very fun and clean gym that I can see myself working out at for the foreseeable future.

Experiencia fantástica: Ive just walked in and im giving a fresh review. When I walked in I noticed how large the gym is. Its very clean and bright. I was greeted by Mr Chris who walked me through the entire sign up process and explained very step. He was very patient and friendly.

Experiencia negativa: The staff is not good at communicating or giving correct information. I was a member here in 2021. However, I recently signed back up, and the staff just handed me a piece of paper and assumed I wanted to do the $7/ month plan without asking me or explaining what that plan entailed. A few days ago, I went back to cancel my membership, and they told me there would be a fee for me to cancel since I hadn't been going for a year yet, no big deal. I HAD to ask how much the fee was and I was told it would be $30. However, that was false, my bank account shows a $42 charge. They at least had plenty of cardio machines, newer equipment, and clean locker rooms! Overall, gym is alright, but staff should work on communication and customer service.

I was not the most comfortable person going to the gym however Destiny showed me all the equipment and made sure I knew what I was doing. Experiencia positiva: Friendly staff service received. The gym equipment is awesome! The only caveat to the gym is that they use plastic-based weights, not iron weights. Overall, it's still a great gym! They don't have turf, but there is an area for stretches. There is a $50 plus tax fee to bring a guest. Each additional guest brought in costs $5. They don't do military discounts. Membership is affordable if you are obliged to make 12 monthly visits. Can’t beat $7 per month! Anything less than the 12 monthly visits costs $24.99 plus tax. This makes it a great incentive to commit to your wellness journey.

There is plenty of equipment and it's in great condition. The staff is also usually taking good care of the facility when I've been there and it's always been nice and clean. I definitely recommend at least signing up for a week pass to see for yourself!
